1．如何写感谢信

 感谢信是一种表示感谢的私人或公务信函。其写法与投诉信相似，只是内容正好相反。感谢信一般要开门见山表明写信意图——感谢，然后重点详述感谢缘由，最后再次致谢。其主体部分据此可分为三段。感谢信要做到感情真挚，语气恳切。如下例：

Dear John,

 I am writing to thank you for your timely help after I was involved in a traffic accident the other day.

 I was cycling to school when I was knocked off my bike by a taxi. If it had not been for your assistance in giving me first aid and taking me to the nearby hospital, the consequences might have been much more serious. My doctor says that my broken leg is healing well. And the taxi company has agreed to pay my medical bills.

 I am more thankful to you than I can express in words. Please accept my gratitude, now and always.

 Yours sincerely

感谢信钻石句型

 2．如何写祝贺信

 祝贺信是一种常见的私人信函。(英语作文　www.fwsir.com)当亲友升迁、升学、获奖或事业上取得重大成绩时，需写祝贺信表示恭贺和祝福。其写作重点在于对收信人的`成就做出积极评价，用词要亲切热情真诚。祝贺信正文可分为三段：第一段表明写信意图——祝贺；第二段表达对收信人成就的认可和积极评价：第三段表达对收信人的祝愿。如下例：

Dear Wang Lin,

 I am writing to convey my warm congratulations on your admission to the postgraduate program at the College of Law of Shanghai University.

 I know that you have been keen to further your studies in a prestigious university and you have been working hard for this goal. I am delighted that your four years of hard work has finally been rewarded in this way. Obviously, your admission to Shanghai University is a step approaching your cherished dream of becoming a distinguished lawyer.

 Please accept my sincerest congratulations and best wishes for all the good future.
