house out wieght carin chinese poeple ,s traditional opinion, houses is more important than other subastans in one,s life.the house is not only for live but also sybolize his or her success in life particularly in bige city nowadays.so if i can only affort a house or a car , the first choice occur to my mind is the house.if get my own house i can save a lot of rent that cost my large proportion of my income .althougth i like cars as well that will be bound to give me colorful live ,i can drive it gang out around the city even around china .but i still consider house is priorty in life ,it can built a real family for me .
in the other hand , price of housing get higher and higher in urbn area , if i get a house that means the house will appretiate in the future .but the price of car will get down soon .
in a word , i ,rather buy house first than car ,if i get money .
