　　论文题目：农民专业合作社法的不足与完善

　　摘要：《中华人民共和国农民专业合作社法》颁布后，我国农民专业合作社实现了突飞猛进的发展，但是由于农民专业合作社法还不够完善，在农民专业合作社的发展过程中暴露出社员身份不规范，农民专业合作社组建目的不纯，各地农民专业合作社经营规模不均、结构单一，龙头企业缺乏等方面的问题。本文通过对农民专业合作社现状的分析，探寻相关原因，找出农民专业合作社法存在的一些漏洞，提出完善农民专业合作社法的建议，对促进我国农民专业合作社健康可持续发展，推进新农村建设具有极其重大的意义。

　　Abstract

　　After “Law of the People's Republic of China on Farmers' Professional Cooperatives” promulgated, the farmer specialized cooperatives in China has realized the development which progresses by leaps and bounds. But because the law is still not perfect, in the development of farmers' professional cooperative process exposes some problem such as members identity not standardized, building purpose is impure, scale heterogeneity and structure simple, lack of leading enterprises. This article based on the analysis of the present situation of farmer professional cooperatives and inquire about the correlation reason to find out the law's loopholes, in the light of these problems, I think we can take the following strategies: improving the member right acquisition and loss system, constructing cooperative supervision system, strengthen a government to give aid to policy maneuverability, through targeted specific provisions to fill the law loophole. “ Farmers' professional cooperatives” is of great significance to promote the perfection of farmer specialized cooperatives in China sustainable development and promote the construction of new countryside, we should pay attention to it and take measures to complete it.
