其他回   禁不住热泪盈眶 compromise的意思包含"中和"
所以这句话的意思应该是"我们为你们同情惋惜的流泪,却不能阻止反击你们的力量(即决心)"
具体的意思自己翻译吧. I think this war cry is just conveying an encouragement as the meaning is "our tears will never run down because we never lack our strenth,our courage. Perhaps it can be said as Be brave!Never cry! etc.
I'd like to translate it to 无所畏惧,奋勇前进
although it seems a little bit tacky..
