Firstly, she should say sorry first, and then take off the pasta. But she used the word which was not being polite. Secondly, that’s their mistake, definitely. So they must do apologize. Because they interrupted our diner. That maybe can show that their also has some organizational problem. They need to improve their organizational ability. Also, they should focus on customer service, and then it will be better. But totally, Sofia’s Pizza House is a good choice for customers. I will recommend this restaurant to other people.
