Hot Money：国际套利资本
人民币升值问题是最近的热点问题之一，在有关这方面的报道中我们经常可以看到hot money这个词，例如：Chinese central bank governor Zhou Xiaochuan stressed that the Chinese central bank has the capability to sterilize the liquidity impact of inflow of "hot money" with additional monetary-policy instruments.
这句话的意思是中国中央银行有能力通过附加的货币政策来避免“热钱”大量流入而带来的影响。所谓“热钱”就是人们对国际套利资本的通俗说法。当人民币汇率预期改善、利率高于外币时，“热钱”会千方百计的流入套利。
