Nowadays, a job interview is very important to both the interviewer and interviewee.To an interviewer,he can tell something about the job to the interviewee such as the salary,the work conditions and also the development prospects of the company.To an interviewee,he can make use of the chance to know the work he is going to take up. After a full and frank exchange of information, an interviewer is easy to make a judgement whether the job is really suitable for the interviewee.But how can an interviewee succeed in the job interview??
First, the interviewee has to pay attention to his appearance, for the first impression is always what we start with.Second, good manners are equally important, the interviewee has to be neither too proud nor too timid. Just be courteous.Besides, he ought to be honest about his personal background.Finally, great importance should be attached to his ability and skills for the job and his academic knowledge, which he must demonstrate truly and confidently.In this way can he get a satisfactory job.? In a word, the job interview is a good chance for the interviewee to show his capacity and knowledge by expressing himself to the interviewer, the interviewer can decide whether he is the right person for the job.
