7 May 2009 -- As of 18:00 GMT, 7 May 2009, 24 countries have officially reported 2371 cases of influenza A (H1N1) infection.
世界卫生组织5月7日消息截止格林尼治时间2009年5月7日18时，有24个国家已经正式报告发现了总共2371个甲型（H1N1）流感病毒感染病例。
Mexico has reported 1112 laboratory confirmed human cases of infection, including 42 deaths. The United States has reported 896 laboratory confirmed human cases, including two deaths.墨西哥已经报告了1112名经确认的人感染病例，包括42例死亡。美国政府已经报告了896例实验室确认的人感染病例，包括2例死亡。

WHO is not recommending travel restrictions related to the outbreak of the influenza A(H1N1) virus.世界卫生组织建议不必限制常规旅行或者关闭边境。
Individuals who are ill should delay travel plans and returning travelers who fall ill should seek appropriate medical care. These recommendations are prudent measures which can limit the spread of many communicable diseases, including influenza.
患病的人应当推迟旅行计划，旅行归来后发生不适者要去就医。这些建议是普遍适用于预防许多通过接触传染的疾病的，包括流感在内。
