However, whether people should attend training classes or not, the answers vary from person to person. As far as I am concerned, it is necessary to attend training classes for the following reasons.
如今，随着社会的发展，社会上大大需要掌握综合技能的人，因而越来越多的人参见培训课程以掌握更多技能，从而获得一份好工作。然而，人们应不应该参加培训班呢？答案因人而异。在我看来，参加培训课程是必要的，原因如下。
First of all, our society is developing rapidly, and the requirements for jobs have changed gradually. Previously, people can finish their job as long as they master a skill. But now, situations have changed. Computer skill, language ability and knowledge about law are needed for an employee, which helps them go further in their career.
首先，我们的社会发展迅速，对工作的要求也已经逐渐改变。以前，只要人们掌握一门技术就可以完成工作。但是现在，情况已经改变了。应聘者需要具备电脑技能，语言能力以及法律知识，这能帮助他们在职业生涯走得更远。
Besides, when we attend the training class, we can meet many people work in other fields. Its a good time for us to know something new about other fields conveniently. And we can get more information about their fields that would be very helpful to our career.

Standing on mypoint of view, I’m convinced that children should be sent to training class tolearn as much as possible so that they can be more brilliant.
现在，许多家长会趁孩子们周末或者放假的时候带他们去参加各种各样的培训班的现象已经很普遍。这种现象引起了公众的热议。一些人认为孩子们应该有尽可能多的'时间去玩。一些人认为孩子们应该趁他们这个年纪学习能力很强的时候去多学习一些新知识。就我看来，我认为应该送孩子们学多点儿知识，这样一来，他们会更加聪明。
Firstly, training class can broadenchildren’s knowledge. For almost all children, they have very limitedknowledge. But if they are sent to training class, they can learn variousknowledge of life.

Secondly, training class helps children toimprove their skills. Nowadays, there are many kinds of training agents forchildren to train children a certain kind of skill. In recent years, the training class is becoming a concern for the majority of people throughout the society. For example, the English training class, the computer training class, the painting training class and so on.
When it comes to this phenomenon, some reasons can account for it. To start with, many parents hope that their children can learn more on training class to get the higher grades in exams. Further more, time is developed, the life levels of people changed better, people want to learn extra knowledge or kills to rich themselves. Last but not least, the society is developing fast and needs more various talents, so many kinds of training classes set up.
Taking all the above mentioned reasons in consideration, I may reasonably draw a conclusion that the appearing of training class is inevitable. So in my opinion, we should accept to training class but can not participate in it blindly.
近年来，培训班成为全社会大部分人关心的话题。比如，英语培训班，电脑培训班，绘画培训班等等。
当谈及这一现象的时候，有些原因可以证明。首先，很多父母希望他们的孩子 能够在培训班上学到更多东西从而在考试中取得更高的分数。其次，由于时代发展，人们的.生活水平变得更好了，人们想学习额外的知识或者技能以丰富自己。最后，社会在快速发展，需要各种各样的人才，因此许多培训班就建立了。
考虑到上述原因，我可以合理得出这样一个结论，培训班的出现是不可避免的。所以，在我看来，我们应该接受培训班但是不能盲目参加。
