I surprisingly found that after more than one year’s college life , they are becoming more and more mature , both physically and spiritually . I got that they all lead a meaningful and fruitful life in their school , though study burden is just like a ghost always haunting them . but in my viewpoint , I think pressure is essential and crucial to most of us , unless you have a strong control of yourself and can study without others’ mention . under a given pressure , we will be enforced to do what is indeed good for us but enjoys little popularity among us .

　　Beijing has placed strict restriction on the number of newly purchased car in the city and the policy bas sparked heated discussion. Some people support the policy, saying it，s a powerful method to cope with the severe traffic congestion in the capital. With cars increasing drastically in the past few years, severe traffic jams occur not only in rush hours but at any time of the day now.

　　Others, however, aie strongly against the limitations. They argue that the great number of official cars，which are frequently used, is a big factor causing traffic congestion. Besides, car purchase limitation would hinder the development of China's automobile industry，and more people would lose their jobs as a result.

　　Personally, I think the restriction of buying and use of cars, official cars incladed, is inevitable and just a matter of time for Beijing. 　　The first thing I notice is the workload. It is heavier and more intense than I ever experienced before. The major challenges of college work are large volume of reading, short deadlines, and “endless” writing. A related effect that can be brought on by the workload is doubt, frustration, and loneliness if possible. On some of those long, seemingly endless nights of studying and writing, it will be very natural for me to long for fine old days. Hang in there. These down periods will pass.

　　I have made a lot of new friends. I am sure college friendships will be among the most satisfying and long-term in my life. It's always exciting to discover how wonderfully diverse college relationships can be.
