During the past four years as Personnel Officer, I had been responsible for recruiting and training clerical and administrative staff, as well as operations department and technical staff. My responsibilities also include preparing contracts for employees, evaluating training programs, maintaining staff discipline and advising staff on conditions of employment, benefits and entitlements.
