Lesson 7 Where’s Wangwang? 【教材分析】 本节课是EEC小学英语教材三年级下册第七课第一课时。单元内容为有关询问位置的交际用语。掌握教学目标中所提出的重点单词,根据教师的简单指令做游戏,理解并熟练运用重点句型及其答语为本课的教学重点。而灵活运用新知描述人物或物品所在位置是教学难点。 【教学目标】 1、通过本节课学习,学生能够听、说、读、写、使用重点单词及短语:in, on, under, behind等。能够掌握并运用重点句型Where is…?及其答语来针对人物或物品所在位置进行问答; 2、通过小组游戏,培养学生团结合作精神。 3、能够将所学知识运用到实际生活中,使自己的英语素养及交际意识得以提高。【教学重点】 几个关于方位的词是本课重点。 【教学难点】 如何将所学单词、句子运用到实际生活中是本课难点。 【教学过程】 一、Chant热身,引入新知 1、师生进行轻松的对话交流。 T: Hello, boys and girls! Ss: Hello, Teacher! T: What day is it today? S1: It’s Friday. T: How’s the weather today? S2: It’s sunny. [间评:把学生逐渐引入英语环境中,使学生主动用英语交流、沟通。] 2、在愉快的Chant中自然导入新课。 T: Would you like to chant with me? Ss: Yes. T: Walk, walk, walk. Ss: OK, let’s walk. T: Sing, sing, sing. Ss: OK, let’s sing. T: Dance, dance, dance. Ss: OK, let’s dance. T: Play, play, play. Ss: OK, let’s play. T: Today, let’s play ‘Hide-n-Seek’.(运用TPR教学法分别讲解hide和seek的`含义,之后过渡到短语和整句的操练。) [间评:通过一个动词小Chant引入新授内容,自然过渡,学生更容易接受知识。] 二、依托情境,讲授新知 1、“老师找,学生藏”,自然导入重点词汇under的学习。 T: First, you please hide, and I’ll seek, OK? Now, let’s count from 1 to 5. Ss: 1, 2…5. T: Where are you? Oh, a girl. She’s under the desk. Hey, a boy. He’s under the desk, too. Come out. I’m the winner, and most of you were under the desk, yes? Ss: Yes. T: Follow me, under. (拆音练习—趣味操练—拼写练习—短语扩展—句子扩展) [间评:学生在此逐步提升兴趣,每个人的注意力都投入到课堂中。] T: Look, under the desk. Ss: Under the desk. T: Under the chair. Ss: Under the chair. T: Can you give me some other examples? S3: My pen is under the desk. S4: My book is under the desk. S5: My pen is under the book. S6: My pen is under the desk. Ss: My book is under the pencil-box. [间评:逐步扩展知识,由易到难,尊重学生认知规律,学生通过训练能够熟练说出自己想表达的句型。] 2、“寻找汪汪”,自然导入重点词汇in的学习。(出示课件) T: Now, let’s go on the game ‘Hide-n-Seek’. But wait a minute! Who’s that? Ss: Wangwang. T: Our friend Wangwang also likes the game, and he wants to join us. Please say hello to him. Ss: Hello, Wangwang. (点击课件,汪汪消失) T: Oh, where is Wangwang? Let’s write together.(运用TPR教学法讲解操练此重点句型,板书后请同学们一边表演一边说一说。) S7: Where is Wangwang? S8: Where is Wangwang? (点击课件,汪汪出现) S9: Wangwang is in the hat.(反复操练in) T: Can you give me some other examples? Ss: In the box. Ss: In the bottle. Ss: In the bag. [间评:由课件出示书中人物汪汪,学生对汪汪的出现与消失非常感兴趣,主动寻求知识。] 3、“继续寻找汪汪”,自然导入重点词汇on的学习。(点击课件,汪汪消失) T: 汪汪真淘气,不知道又跑到哪去了?大家一起来问问吧! [间评:生动的语言引导学生思考。] Ss: Where is Wangwang? T: Oh, he’s on the chair. Follow me, on the chair. Ss: On the chair.(师生间,生生间,在Chant问答中操练句型。) 4、课文学习。 T: 越来越多的好朋友加入到我们的游戏中来了! Our friends Pangpang and Mike. (教师出示课件,让学生说一说) Where are they? Open your books and turn to Page 88. Listen to the tape and answer the two questions. … [间评:继续由课件出示书中人物,让学生把注意力逐渐转移到书中,学生为了寻求答案,仔细听录音并主动进行模仿。] 三、游戏练习,强化训练(出示课件,展示汪汪漂亮的房间) T: Wangwang为了感谢同学们的帮助想要邀请大家到他的房间去做客!What can you see in the room? S10: I can see a desk. S11: I can see a bed. S12: I can see a bag. S13: I can see a shirt. … [间评:先由学生仔细观察课件中的图片,边观察边表达,训练了学生的语言运用能力。] T: Where are they? Please keep them in your mind!(多媒体展示,点击课件,房间里的一些物品消失,请同学们根据记忆说一说什么不见了,问一问它在哪并回答其位置。) S14: Where is the shirt? S15: The shirt is on the bed. S16: Where is the ball? S17: The ball is under the chair. S18: Where is the bag? S19: The bag is on the chair. S20: Where is Wangwang? S21: Wangwang is behind the chair. … [间评:生动有趣的课件把学生的兴趣推入高潮,学生一直处于思考语言和运用语言中,而且这种语言的运用是自觉主动的。] 四、完成任务,实践运用 T: 汪汪的房间这么温馨漂亮,同学们的房间应该是怎样的呢?让我们一起动手,小组合作将自己的房间变得整洁而美观! (小组合作布置房间) [间评:同学们都积极踊跃地参与到活动中来,在小组内发表自己的建议与看法,将老师发给的一些物品图片粘贴在房间模拟图上相对合适的位置上,在这个过程中,他们一直在使用英语探讨,将本课所学巩固运用。] 五、布置作业 T: It’s time to say goodbye. You did a good job. Icy希望同学们能够养成这样的好习惯,让我们的房间保持整洁和美观,课后将自己房间的摆设情况介绍给身边的好朋友!(课件展示家庭作业,学生每人手中有一份作业)OK? Are you happy today? Goodbye, boys and girls! Ss: Goodbye!
