  准备导入:

  I.在几张大的纸上写出1到5几个数字,把它们摆放到教室四周。告诉学生师将说出数字,他们必须指向正确的数字。

  举例:

  老师: Five。

  学生:(指向5)

  2.让一个学生到教室前,面向黑板站着。用手指在他/她的背上写一个数字,让他/她说出这个数字。

  老师:(在学生背上写一个2)

  学生:Three。

  老师:No。

  3.让学生两人一组做练习。三轮过后,交换角色。

  活动I:听音指图

  I.在黑板上,写出6一10五个数字。指着这五个数字,读单词并让学生跟读。

  2.让学生拿出一大张纸并在上面写下6一10当中的一个数字。告诉学生师将说出数字,如果师说的数字和学生手中的'数字相符,学生必须站起来并举起手中的数字。

  举例:

  老师:ten

  学生:(手中拿着“I0”的学生站起来并举起数字)

  老师: Six。

  3.多做一些示范。

  教学技巧:

  I.学生必须先认知新单词,之后才能读出来。例如:在“听音指图”这一活动中,学生只需听懂并举起数字,不必读出来。

  2.让学生读故事。用汉语对故事内容进行提问。例如:这件事发生在哪里?图2中为何Ms Smart那么吃惊?图4中为何Ms Smart笑了?

  3.放录音,每句之后暂停并让学生跟读。

  4.再放一遍录音,让学生指出相应的图片。

  活动2:从一数到十

  I.在纸上分别写出一到十这十个数字。给学生看一个数字并读出来,告诉学生他们必须读出师所指示。

  2.在黑板上写出一到十这十个数字。指着不同的数字并让金班读出来。

  3.让学生看师的书,把书举起,指着不同的数字并让学生读出来。

  4.让学生两人一组继续练习。如果师想让学生交换角色,就说: “Change。”

  5.告诉学生,师将指向一个学生,他/她必须说“One。”指向第二个学生,他/她说:“Tw0,”这样进行到十,然后重新开始。

  补充活动:

  I.把学生按两人分组并要求他们准备好十张写有1到I0十个数字的小纸片,每张纸上写一个数字。

  为了加强和规范教学管理,保证和维护正常的教学秩序,确保教学质量稳步提高,大学英语教研室根据教务处及基础部的部署,于XX年3月5日前对教研室教师的教案进行检查。本学期我们教研室共有25名教师担任08、09级各系、各专业的公共英语教学任务。现将本次检查工作的有关内容报告如下:

  1. 备课量全部达到学校的要求,备课储备量均达到2周,部分教师备课量达到六周。各位教师能够按照学校和基础部的要求,在寒假期间,认真备课,并形成教案和讲稿。承担着08级教学任务的教师,对老教案和讲稿进行了整理和规范,并制定了相应的教学计划。

  2. 同头课集体备课,教案和讲稿为新内容。在上学期期末和本学期开学之初,本教研室组织几次同头课集体备课,对课时安排,难重点等各项内容达成了统一认识。

  3. 备课分为教案和讲稿,格式规范,书写认真。教研室的大部分教师,特别是青年教师,在备课上投入大量精力。年轻教师的教案不仅语言知识充分详细,他们更利用网络等现代化教育技术,下载了大量的语言文化背景知识,极大地丰富了教学内容。教案中既体现了教学目的`、教学手段、教学方法,又包含了板书、语言等教学艺术,形式设计新颖,重点突出,层次分明。

  4. 大部分教师准备了电子教案。许多教师特别是年轻教师都精心制作了电子课件。设计新颖,色彩丰富,趣味性强,将所学知识与政治、学生关心的热点有机地结合起来,有些教师在课件中穿插了与课文内容相关的视频,极大地丰富了授课内容,也在一定程度上提高了学生的学习积极性。

  5. 讲稿部分内容丰富,资料翔实并富有创新性。从教案的内容可以看出大多数教师在备课上所倾注的努力。一些教师,在教案的内容和安排上有创新,使之更适应所教学生的层次和专业。

  6. 个别教师有待提高。虽然大多数教师都能以认真的态度准备教案和讲稿,但仍有个别教师没有按照统一要求填写教案,教研室主任已经作出了督促。在检查备课情况方面,教研室还应加大力度,严格要求。

  【过程】

  1. warm-up / revision:

  1)日常口语会话。

  2)游戏:猜猜数字:

  一个学生心里想一个数字,其他学生猜测:学生问:Is it …?

  这个同学根据别的同学的猜测进行判断,并用UP / DOWN 来提示。

  看谁能够最先猜出这个数字。

  在学生游戏过程中,教师要注意引导,纠正学生不正确的发音。

  3)读一读:教师出示单词卡片,学生齐读或个人读单词,教师纠正发音。

  教师注意倾听学生-teen和-ty 的读音。

  4)听一听:教师口述,学生写出听到的数字。

  2. Learn to say:

  1)学生打开书看一分钟,注意观察画面。

  2)合上书,回忆你在画面上看到了什么?What did you see in the picture? 锻炼学生记忆力。

  3)四个人为一个小组,互相交流曾看到了什么。Please talk about what you see in the pictures in you groups.

  4)学生叙述看到的东西,教师播放与课文配套的影片。

  教师根据学生叙述的进程,点击画面,出现一些实物场景或图片。

  另外,可以进行如下活动:

  * 教师可将画书中的图画分成几个区域,每个小组针对某一区域进行识图辨物的游戏。同学间可以互相提问任何问题,不受教材提供的问题的限制,但强调不要用中文。

  * 小组汇报本组谈论的情况。每组可以选用不同的'形式,但要求每人必须发言。

  * 小组间互相提问:a组给b组提问,b组给c组提问…,提问正确记一分,回答正确记一分,最后看哪组的得分高。

  3. Let’s practise:

  学生四人为一个小组,在教室范围内进行提问和回答。

  准备阶段:每个小组准备几个问题,以便向其他组提问。

  每个小组准备回答其他组的提问。

  竞赛阶段:每组向其他任意三个组各提一个问题,每个问题加10分,如果由一个学生提问,则每个问题加5分。

  其他组回答对一个问题加10分,一个人只有一次答题机会。

  最后看哪组成绩高,该组为优胜组。

Change the toys again. Give one to a pupil and encourage him/her to make the two sentences. Repeat with other animals and pupils to establish the concept of differentiating between “this” and “that".

  有效的备课是提高课堂教学质量的关键,同时也是提升教师专业素质、促进教师专业成长的重要途径。9月15日,我校教导处组织各学科教研组长进行了每月教师备课的例行检查。从工整的书写笔迹及规范的备课格式看出了老师们认真的备课态度;从准确的教材分析、新颖的教学设计看到了老师们的专业水平在不断提高,从有效的个性化复备及深刻、理性的教学反思看到了老师们的教学智慧。通过本月的例行检查,我们欣喜地看到老师们能从备课做起,扎扎实实地开展教学工作。尤其是年轻教师的成长,更加快了我校英语教师队伍的不断成熟。

  一、优秀之处

  1、老师们备课态度认真,工作扎实。教案中的圈圈点点,把自己的教学理念融入教学设计之中,注重学生学习兴趣的培养和学习能力的提高。只有课前精心的预设,课堂才会有效的生成,只有课后深刻的反思,课堂才会有效的.提高。如黄桂清老师虽然已50出头,但是在备课上他们都能认真对待,很好地完成备课任务,体现了对备课工作的重视。

  2、教案结构的完整,可操作性也得到了较好地体现,教法、学法指导及学情研究渗透教案。一年级的备课有时效性,由于是孩子们刚从幼儿园进入小学,教师能够将自己融入课堂中,运用各种教学手段使活泼好动的小朋友们认真配合老师。

  3、老师们的教学后记真实地记录教学点滴,写得很实在,但的的确确在反思自己的教学过程和行为,起到了有效促进教学能力的提高。如王萍老师能从教学目标和重点入手谈自己的教学体会;陈可、蒋敏老师从教学流程与想法入手进行课堂教学的简要描述,在进行自己的教学思考,有想法有针对性;徐滢、刘苏红老师记录自己教学中的片段并对其进行反思,语言干练。

  5、教师们书写认真工整。如王萍老师的备课笔记看着真是一种享受,教学环节重点突出,反思深入,符合学情。蒋敏老师能结合自己的教学实际联系组内研讨课的课例综合分析,寻求更好地教学策略,针对性强,反思深刻

  二、不足之处

  2、设计教学过程简单化,设计的教案大部分是直线型的,一问一答式的,学生自主学习的空间不大。

  3、教学反思力度不够,思想也不够深刻,不能更好地反思问题的解决方法和指导思想。

  4、部分课教学目标的确立还缺少与学生实际的结合,针对性不强。教学过程中重点如何突出,难点怎样突破没有体现,个别教师可能在备课时就没去考虑哪些是重点部分以及应要花的工夫等这些问题。

  三、建议

  1、备课的课时要超前,必须有一周的提前量,应有针对性,课后能及时记录课堂教学的得与失,这样有利用服务、改进教学。

  2、教学后记要认真思考后再总结,既要指出本课的成功与不足,又要分析并力求找到解决问题的方法或打算。

  (2)做完后教师根据图片问How tall are you?请学生来回答。同样问:How heavy are you?…再请学生问,老师回答后接着说:Who is taller than you ?请比较好的学生回答此问题。教师示范操练问句,教师问学生答,男女生互问,互答。再板书How tall are you ?I’m 164cm.You’re shorter than me. You’re 4cm taller than me .请学生做替换练习。

  (3)把图片出示给学生,让他们进行强化训练。例如:Zhang Peng is stronger than Mike.同桌或小组间互相练习。

  第三课时

  一、教学目标与要求

  1、能读懂Read and write 部分的对话,并能在情景中熟练运用。

  2、能够听、说、读、写对话中两组四会句子,并完成填充的练习。

  3、了解Pronunciation中字母组合ei/ai/oi的发音规则,以及p/b, t/d的发音区别,能在教师正确示范的基础上正确朗读含有这四个字母组合的单词。

  二、教学重、难点分析

  1、 本课时需要理解认读句型:It is taller than the brown one. Its tail is 38cm long .It is shorter than me .要求学生重点掌握其中两组四会句型的认读和书写,并完成填充的练习。

  2、本课时的难点是Pronunciation,要求老师正确示范发音,引导学生最终能够正确朗读含有这四个字母组合的单词,并发现其发音规律。

  三、课前准备

  1、教师准备一幅本课时的教学挂图。

  2、教师准备一台录音机和相关录音带。

  3、学生准备本课时的单词卡片。

  四、教学过程

  1、Warm-up

  (1)教生齐唱本单元C部分的歌曲“My pets”,复习巩固有关活动的单词。

  (2)日常口语练习。

  A: How tall are you?

  B:I’m 160cm tall?

  A:Really? I’m shorter than you.

  2、Preview

  结合单词卡片复习所学的四会单词,可让学生进行快看快拼的比赛。

  3、Presentation Read and write

  (1)教师呈现本课时挂图,向学生提出问题说,这是Ben 和他的爸爸去动物园看猴子的情景。你们能观察出有多少猴子,他们哪一只最高,哪一只最矮?哪只比较年轻?让学生带着问题快速读对话,然后请学生尝试解答这些问题。

  (2)跟录音读对话,注意理解和体会上下文的意思,然后完成填充的练习。

  (3)教师范写四会掌握句子,让学生在练习本上仿写句子。

  Pair work

  要求学生完成介绍班里同学,然后交换信息。教师要引导学生使用本部分语言进行交流。

  Pronunciation

  (1)本课时学习的是字母组合ai,ei,oi的发音,教师出示一些含有ai,ei,oi字母组合单词卡片,要求学生按读音将其分类,引导学生把含有字母组合ai并发音为/ei/的单词归为一类,同样教授字母组合ei,oi。然后再出示p/b/t/d的单词,先按有相同字母的分为一类,然后分读这些词,请学生回答两者有什么区别。

  (2)听录音,跟读单词和绕口令。

  4、Consolidation and extension

  (1)做本单元ARead and write部分的活动手册配套练习。

  (2)听Read and white、Pronunciation部分的录音,读给朋友或家长听。
