教育部正式发布实施《教育管理信息化标准》
日前，备受全国教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）界和IT界极大关注的《教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）管理信息化标准》（第一部分：学校管理信息标准）已由教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）部组织有关专家编制完成，并作为教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）行业标准由教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）部正式发布实施。鉴于该标准的制定和实施对我国教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）信息化建设的重大意义，教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）部于9月23日在北京钓鱼台国宾馆举行了《教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）管理信息化标准》新闻发布会，宣布在我国教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）信息化建设中正式全面实施这部相对完整、实用的技术标准与行业规范。来自教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）部的有关领导、教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）管理信息化专家及国内30多家新闻媒体的记者参加了此次新闻发布会。
以教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）信息化促进教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）现代化，用信息技术来改变传统教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）模式，这是教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）发展的必然趋势。近年来，我国的教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）信息化发展十分迅速，中国教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）科研网建设、现代远程教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）工程、中小学信息技术教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）和“校校通”工程、教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）政务信息化工程先后启动，校园网、教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）城域网、省域网的建设进一步促进了我国教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）信息化的建设进程。随着我国教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）信息化建设工作的逐步深入，对有关教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）信息化方面的标准和规范的需求越来越迫切。为尽快制定与教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）管理信息化有关的标准和规范，教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）部于1999年开始由发展规划司和教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）管理信息中心牵头组织制定《教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）管理信息化标准》，并成立了《教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）管理信息化标准》顾问组、专家组、课题组，该项工作历时三年，目前完成了《教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）管理信息化标准》中的一个最核心的部分----学校管理信息标准。
