毕业论文-孔子“仁”学思想对秘书人员处理人际关系的启示 - 语言文学论文
摘 要
在现代社会，秘书职业已经成为机关、团体和企业等社会组织不可或缺的重要岗位之1。秘书人员在社会组织中处于承上启下、协调左右、沟通内外的枢纽地位。作为连接领导者和员工、组织与组织之间的桥梁，具备良好的人际关系是秘书成功的基础。因此，秘书人员必须不断地提高自身的道德水平和各方面的职业素养，才能正确恰当地处理好各种复杂的人际关系。要提高自身的道德水平与职业素养，就必须努力学习各种科学文化知识，汲取其中的精华，并运用到工作之中，才会对其工作有所裨益。孔子的“仁”学思想是我国儒家文化的核心精神。孔子“仁”学思想内涵丰富，影响深远，秘书人员应当以开放的心灵和放眼未来的胸怀来批判、继承和发展孔子的仁学思想，并能够理论联系实际，运用到工作生活与人际交往之中，将会为秘书工作的顺利开展带来事半功倍的效果。

ABSTRACT
In modern age society, secretary occupation already becames the very inpotant essential in the social organizations. Secretaries are hinge in the social organization. Secretaries to regard hinge as social between organizations and organizations. To be equipped with good interpersonal relationship is the foundation of success for secretaries. Secretaries must continue by raise morality level and occupation attainment,then they will deal with interpersonal relationship well. Secretaries must study hard to work. Benevolence theory of Confucian is nucleus spiritual of Chinese cultural tradition. Benevolence theory of Confucian is influence far-reaching for Chinese people. Secretaries should take a critical view of Benevolence theory of Confucian. Secretaries to use of Benevolence theory of Confucian in dealing with interpersonal relationship will bring about consummate effects for their work.
