A Low Noise L-band Dispersion-Compensating Hybrid Fiber Amplifier with 1500 nm Raman Pumping
This report presents a low noise L-band dispersion-compensating hybrid fiber amplifier with 1500-nm Raman pumping.It describes the pre-stage optimization, Raman pump selection, and possible nonlinearity problems to achieve a practical low noise L-band optical amplifier.
