　　工作描述： 从事Hp打印机新产品导入阶段的专案运营管理工作。

　　1. 作为工厂端窗口，主导参与HP打印机新产品专案项目的立案、team建立，主导产品在工厂各阶段的量试、功能验证、量产、案等工作进度控制;

　　2.主导项目运营过程中品质、成本、schedule、交期及各种风险控制及改善;

　　3.组织协调内部相关部门执行产品相关物料准备(自制件、外购件和HP consign parts)、fixture,tool 生产制造，OPtraining，parts qualificatin等一系列相关build前的准备工作的执行，确保项目顺利实施。

　　4.对项目运行过程中存在的问题，及时作出准确判断，组织BOD/EODmeeting与客户一起商讨解决方案，提出决策意见并分配相关责任人进行问题分析、解决、改善跟进。

　　5.定期汇总项目信息，向HP客户及内部各主管汇报项目进展。组织postmoterm meeting 分析项目得失，总结项目经验;

　　6.定期组织召开项目内部例会及和客户召开conf meeting、汇报项目进展，更新项目进度。确认相关具体需求，推进项目进度按照计划进行;

　　7.兼任产品报价工作(CostPM&BusinessPM)，作为工厂端唯一报价窗口，对相关运营阶段所产生的费用如L5 Tooling、DCN/ECR、 Fixtures&jigs、L5/L6/Lxx/CPF parts Quotation、Build NRE cost、RFQ、special request进行最终审核及报价给HP， 同时负责跟进相关费用的回收。

　　成果：

　　1.独立组织领导完成了两个中等项目从NPI试产到SOR whole lifecycle顺利量产的`管理工作。

　　2.参与完成两个项目平台四个产品项目从BB到MP的试产内部组织管理工作。积极主导完成内部相关流程改善，获得客户好评和认可。

　　3.独立完成总额为$540的模具及各种相关产品报价工作。获取相应收益(15%~30%).

　　责任描述：

　　1>.与客户(惠普HP)会议协商讨论新产品新阶段工作的准备情况.制定Schedule 及各阶段生产目标任务。

　　2>.组织领导内部开展新项目导入的准备工作，以客户需求部署内部工作重点和任务，制定工作预期与目标,定期开会检查工作进展并与客户反映各项任务的情况。

　　3>.协调组织新产品新阶段的试产运行。组织领导产品生产，协调各内部单位完成生产任务。组织日常与客户BOD/EOD meeting讨论解决产品设计质量生产中的问题。

　　4>.制定交货计划，组织安排完成交货任务。安排客户在此期间的接待工作。开展产后问题检讨会议。制定下阶段生产任务及目标。部署开展相关准备工作任务。

　　5>.作为唯一报价窗口(Business PM)，承担并向HP提供所有设及专案产品的报价。如L5 Tooling、DCN/ECR、 Fixtures&jigs、L5/L6/Lxx/CPF parts Quotation、Build NRE cost、RFQ、special request等。
