高一英语听力训练1
高一英语听力阅读综合训练。英语听力中的难点是如何训练自己对于语音的识别能力。也就是说，第一步是如何做到一听就知道什么词、什么词意，继而再训练一听就知道整句话是什么意思、句子的语法结构是什么。
先学会听懂单词，再学会听懂句子，以后还要学会听懂长篇报道的内容。最后是训练一次听懂的能力。
其中最困难的是对于语音的识别能力。一是要把每个单词都听出来;二是要准确地听懂生词的发音，并从词典中查到生词;三是积累背景知识，对于个别发音非常模糊的单词，也能凭语感准确地识别出来。这中间，要花大量时间学会英语发音中的'连读、略读，以及语音、语调等等。
所有这些能力的培养，都要依靠高度集中的注意力，力求避免“假听”现象。“假听”是听力训练中的大敌，实质上是精力分散的表现。好像都听懂了，实际上有许多是自欺欺人。还有，做听力对错选题，也会出现乱猜的缺陷。有时候虽然猜对了题，其实并没有真听懂。有的人托福考了高分，但是听力并没有过关。再有，“假听”浪费了很多时间。有的人听英语十多年，还是不能听得很准确，原因就是听得不认真。
在你克服了自己听力不足，辩音力不强，或是跟不上语速这些真正的听力问题后，你最好，去阅读大量的文字和音像资料，范围要广，科技类的，政治的，军事的，等等，把词汇量扩大，你再听广播一定很轻松。
