However, he was famous not for his intelce, but for his respect and love for his brothers. Kong Rong has five brothers and one younger brother. One day his father bought some pears and a younger brother.
He picked a big and good pear and swed it to Kong Rong. The boy sok his head and cse the smallest one. His father was very surprised and asked, why do you want the smallest one? He replied: because I am a younger brother, the biggest one suld be for my elder brother.
His father asked again: but you have a younger brother, and you are older than him. The young man replied: Yes, I am older than him, so when I heard these words, I suld leave the big one for him. The father was very satisfied and laughed happily.
