After I read paragraph 6 to 11, I realized the happiness deeper. Although philosophers researched the happiness for long time, nobody can make everyone happy in the whole life.

Living standards have soared day by day, but humans can’t look forward to increasing happiness. That means the happiness don’t have closed relation with the money.

This article said that there are four traits are typical of happy people. I agree with it. First, it said that happy people like themselves. I think it’s true. If people don’t like themselves, even hate themselves, how do they make happiness?

Second, it said that happy people typically feel personal control. I agree with it too. If people have good personal control, they will know how let themselves happy and don’t let sad cover with them.

Third, it’s said that happy people are usually optimistic of course, it’s sure. Optimistic can help people break away the distress what the difficulty or other thing brings.

Fourth, it’s said that happy people tend to be extroverted I don’t agree with it all. Maybe extroverted people will have more friends, but more friends don’t bring more happiness to you. Friends can bring some sad to you.

People who don’t happy can study the four traits, and let you happy day and night.
