  Dear friends!

  Do you still remember your first English teacher? You may say:“ Yes.” Everyone has his teachers, in my mind, I"ll never forget her ------my first English teacher Ms. Li. Without her, I wouldn"t be standing here. She is a young and lovely lady with beautiful eyes. Her voice sounds sweet and she speaks English very well. That was the first impression she left on us when she first gave us an English lesson.

  In her class, she taught us carefully and patiently. She always made opportunities for us to speak English. She gave us many beautiful pictures to talk on them, played games with us and told us many interesting stories. Little by little, I had interest in English, but English was a new subject to me, I had many difficulties in learning it well. I often felt very confused. It was Ms. Li who helped me to find ways to overcome my difficulties. She helped me to practice speaking English everyday. She always encouraged me whenever I lost heart. She helped me to have confidence in myself. She gave me what I needed, courage, confidence, good ways to learn English and opportunities to speak English in class. So I was grateful for her. Maybe I can"t meet her again. The only thing I can give her is my best wishes. I wish my dear teacher happiness, good health and good luck. And I also want to say to her: Thank you, Ms. Li. I love you!

  Dear teachers ,I"m very glad to stand here my speech with you. My name is ZHAO XIAOXUAN, I"m from class1002 and my major subject is Logistic Management. I"m an easygoing girl and get along well with my classmates. I like blue, as I love the sky, because it can make me feel happy from the bottom of my heart.I also like traveling in summer. As the saying goes"Travel is restored to the fountain of youth","A smooth sea never made a skillful mariner" is my motto. My dream is to become a doctor. I hope when my family get injured ,I know what to do.Today I"m going to talk about choice.

  Everyone has a choice when he wakes up in the early morning.You can choose to be happy or sad all the day. But for me , I think I have responsibilities to fulfill all the day. So every morning my first job is to choose what kind of day I am going to have. Today I can complain because it is rainy or I can be grateful that the grass is watered for free. Today I can feel sad because I don"t have more money or I can be glad that it will prevent me from wasting.

  Today I can feel very down because of a bad cold or I can rejoice that I am still alive.

  Today I can lament over all that my parents didn"t give me when I was growing up or I can feel grateful that they allowed me to be born.

  Today I can be disappionted for my lack of friends or I can be excited to discover new relationships.

  Today I can be exhausted because I have too much homework to do or I can feel honored because I"m getting closer to my dream in this way. What today will be like is just up to ourselves.We can get to choose what kind of day we will have! As teenagers,we stilll have much time to achieve our dreams, but the way to success is not so easy.If we choose to face it in a good mood and carry on trying,I believe we can enjoy the whole process and get to the destination of success much more easily and happily.

  In fact,everything depends on your own attitude.If you choose to be happy and positive,you will enjoy your work and have a good time.If you choose to be sad and negative,nothing good will come to you and your life will be colourless.

  The world around us is so beautiful.There is no reason why we don"t enjoy it.So,everybody,let"s choose to be happy everyday!

  my great pleasure to share my dream with you today. my dream is to become a teacher....

  As the whole world has its boundaries, limits and freedom coexist in our life. I don’t expect complete freedom, which is impossible. I simply have a dream that supports my life.

  I dream that one day, I could escape from the deep sea of thick schoolbooks and lead my own life. With my favorite fictions, I lie freely on the green grass, smelling the spring, listening to the wind singing, breathing the fresh and cool air and dissolve my soul in nature at last. Simple and short enjoyment can bring me great satisfaction.

  I dream that one day the adults could throw their prejudice of comic and cartoon away. They could keep a lovely heart that can share sorrow and happiness with us while watching cartoon or doing personal things. That’s the real communication of heart to heart.

  I have the belief that my dreams should come true. I am looking forward to some day coming when I am like a proud eagle, which flies to the blue and vast sky.

  大家上午好!我今天演讲的题目是《借力新课标新高考,培养英语核心素养》。

  英语是当今世界广泛使用的语言,是国际交流与合作的重要沟通工具,是思想与文化的重要载体。学习和使用英语对吸取人类优秀文明成果、借鉴外国先进科学技术、传播中华文化、增进中国与其他国家的相互理解具有重要的意义和作用。为了促进英语的高效教学,新课程标准提出英语核心素养的先进理念。

  英语学科核心素养是学生在接受相应学段英语课程教育的过程中,逐步形成和提升的适应个人终身发展和社会发展需要的必备品格和关键能力,综合表现为四大素养,由语言能力、文化品格、思维品质和学习能力组成。就其关系而言,语言能力是基础要素,文化品格是价值取向,思维品质是心智表征,学习能力是发展条件。英语学科核心素养涵盖了知识、能力和态度,四大核心素养相互渗透,融合互动,协调发展,是所有学生应具有的、学以致用的基础性综合素养。

  为了更好提高落实新课标,提高学生的核心素养,我结合核心素养的四个方面谈一下自己的体会和建议。

  一、探究课程内容,提升语言能力

  语言能力是指在社会情境中,以听、说、读、看、写等方式理解和表达意义、意图和情感态度的能力。英语语言能力构成英语学科核心素养的基础,是学生发展文化品格、思维品质和学习能力的依托。英语语言能力的提高有助于学生拓宽文化视野,丰富思维方式,在全球化背景下开展跨文化交流。

  教师要深入研读语篇,把握教学核心内容。研读语篇就是读者对语篇的主题、内容、文体结构、语言特点、作者观点等做深入的解读。教师要积极研究如何在教学中落实培养学生学科核心素养的目标,探索有效的教与学的方式,努力实践以主题意义为引领的英语学习活动观,实施深度教学。教师必须深入研究课程内容,提炼重点,设计有效的教学活动,通过听说读写训练,提高学生的语言能力。

  二、发掘优秀文化思想,培养文化品格

  文化品格是指对中外文化的理解和对优秀文化的认同,是学生在全球化背景下表现出的文化意识、人文修养和行为取向。文化品格体现英语学科核心素养的价值取向。文化品格的培育有助于学生树立世界眼光,增强国家认同感和家国情怀,学会做人做事,成长为有文化修养和社会责任感的人。

  落实立德树人根本任务,培养学生英语学科核心素养。教师应当充分把握教材的编写理念、设计思路应突出英语学科的育人价值,有机融入社会主义核心价值观,将立德树人的根本任务落到实处。要紧密围绕、依据学科核心素养来确立教材内容,无论是语篇和主题的选择还是相应的教学活动设计,都要体现对学科核心素养的培养价值,有利于学生发展语言能力,形成良好的文化品格和思维品质,学会学习,树立正确的价值观和审美观,提高学生的文化品格。

  三、创设丰富多彩活动,促进思维品质升华

  思维品质指人的思维个性特征,反映其在思维的逻辑性、批判性、创造性等方面所表现的能力和水平。思维品质体现英语学科核心素养的心智发展。思维品质的发展有助于提升学生分析问题和解决问题的能力,从跨文化的视角观察和认识世界,对事物作出正确的价值判断,促进学生的深度学习。

  具体而言,学习理解类活动主要指基于语篇的学习活动。以解决问题为目的,鼓励学生从语篇中获得新知,通过梳理、概括、整合信息,建立信息间的关联,形成新的知识结构,感知并理解语言所表达的意义和语篇所承载的文化价值取向。迁移创新类活动主要指超越语篇的学习活动。通过自主、合作、探究的学习方式,综合运用语言技能,进行多元思维,创造性地解决陌生情境中的问题。英语学习活动的设计应注意.情境创设要尽量真实,注意与学生已有的知识和经验建立紧密联系,力求直接、简洁、有效。教师要善于利用多种工具和手段,思维导图或信息结构图,引导学生通过自主与合作相结合的方式,完成对信息的获取与梳理、概括与整合、内化与运用,教会学生在零散的信息和新旧知识之间建立关联,归纳和提炼基于主题的新知识结构。

  四、分组合作教学,培养学习能力

  学习能力指学生积极运用和主动调适英语学习策略、拓宽英语学习渠道、努力提升英语学习效率的意识和能力。学习能力构成英语学科核心素养发展的必要条件。学习能力的形成有助于学生做好英语学习的自我管理,养成良好的学习习惯,拓宽学习渠道,提高学习效率。

  我校的课改:问题引领,学案导学,其实在学习能力的培养方面已经具有了相对成熟的经验。为培养学生自主、合作、探究的学习能力,教师要为学生创设支持和激励的学习环境。在教学中,教师要有意识地给予指导;课中组织小组合作学习与探究活动;课后布置适量的拓展性作业。此外,教师要在教学中帮助学生学会选择适合自己的学习方法和策略,主动参与学习活动并尝试自我评价和同伴互评,养成自我反思的习惯,在体验自主学习、合作学习和探究式学习的过程中学会学习。教师要在教学过程中帮助学生形成适合自己的学习方法和策略。教师也可以引导学生交流学习方法和策略,互帮互学。教师要引导学生养成自我反思的习惯,反思自己的学习兴趣和动机、学习方法和策略、语言能力现状和发展进程,帮助学生不断发展自主学习能力,成为有责任担当的学习者。

  作为世界上最通用的语言,英语不仅是生活工作中的交流工具,更是音乐电影文学宗教艺术的等文化载体。教师应当以英语核心素养为指导,深挖教材,围绕主题,借助现代信息技术,通过丰富多彩的活动,提高学生的语言能力、文化品格、思维品质和学习能力,让学生提高综合素质,为祖国培养优秀人才。

  教学是一门永无止境的艺术,心得课程标准,高考新改革和核心素养理念的提出,为我们更快更好的学习英语提供新的途径。我相信在校领导的指导下,通过全体英语组老师和学生的努力拼搏,英语的教与学一定会去的巨大进步。

  Everyone has his own dream, which can be realized or not and which can be different from time to time. However, there must be a long –term one in one’s mind. In other words, it is not easy to be realized. I have a dream: to pass CET-6 before I graduate from the university. It’s maybe easy for most of my classmates, but to me it is as difficult as cracking the hardest nut in the world. I have been studying English for about 10 years. It should not be the No.1 task in my university agenda, but too many failures forced me to do so. I entered one of the most famous universities in China with the almost lowest English mark among all my students. I was really disappointed about that.Although I was not good at English when I was in the middle school, it was not at least about the average. I had no strength to face the frustration. After a semester’s study I was the lowest indeed. I have never cried for study before, but this time I shed tears. Since then I made up my mind to pass CET-6 before my graduation.

  Glanced back to my English studying experience, I realized that interest is one of the key factors to grasp knowledge. I study English only for the examination before, but not the language itself. That is the weakest point of me. I must overcome it so as to realize my dream. I made a plan: read one story until I can recite it each day; listen to the tapes related to the books as well. English is not so disgusting for me now. I will persist in doing so even after I pass CET-6. I wish my English would be as good as my native language in the future.

  各位领导、教师、同学,大家好!

  今天我们在这里举行会议是为了迎接20xx年的第一场战役,也就是第一次质检,当然,我们的最终目的是迎接高考。现在,英语学习进入了一个非常关键的阶段,也是一个瓶颈阶段。不少高三学生虽然努力学习英语,但仍然没有明显的进步,有时会感到力不从心,手足无措。其实最主要的原因可能在于学习方法上出现了一些问题。在这里我给大家提几点建议供大家参考。

  一、制定计划。要想学好一门语言,首先要一个切实可行的计划,用以指导自已的'学习,古人说得好“凡事预则立,不预则废。”做事有计划就不会打乱仗,也不会感到盲从。

  二、专心听课。课堂是获取知识的主要来源,上课是学生进解和掌握基础的基本技能并在此基础上发展认知能力的一个关键环节,这就要求同学们始终保持高度集中的注意力,力争在课内就把一节课的内容记住,当堂消化。

  三、及时复习。知识贵在落实,课后及时复习能加深和巩固对新知识理解和记忆,系统在掌握新知识以达到灵活运用,即知识迁移的目的。

  四、掌握正确的记忆方法。英语是一门记忆很强的学科,要大量积累词汇。很多同学最烦记单词,总是抱怨记不住,以致于丧失了信心。这是因为你没有了解到记忆的规律,没有掌握记单词的技巧。现在我给大家介绍几种方法。

  1、及时记忆法,要求上课时认真听讲,争取趁热打铁,当堂记住。

  2、联想记忆法,如bridgroom和brid。有room的是新郎

  3、分类记忆法,把单词分门别类,如动物、植物类。

  4、感官记忆法也叫运动记忆法。尽可能发用多种感官,耳听、口读、手写、眼看、心记等。

  5、构词记忆法,通过分析词根、前缀、后缀、派生和合成等记忆单词。

  6、情景记忆法,把某个单词放在一个句子或者一段话中去记忆。

  7、比较记忆法,反义词、同义词、同音词。

  8、拼读记忆法,读准单词的发音是记住单词的前提,拼读记忆首先要求把单词读准确,充分认识单词的读音与拼写之间的关系。如nthusiastic

  9、循环记忆法,任何先进的单词记忆法都必须进行反复记忆。学了可能会遗忘,为了防止遗忘,一定要不断发进行阶段性复习。可以把单词和重点句子写在长片上放在口袋里或贴在桌子上、放在枕头连随时记忆。有些单词不是你记不住,而是你重复的次数不够多。

  五、培养良好的语感。什幺是语感?语感具有一听就清,一说就顺,一写就通,一读就懂的功能。那幺,怎样培养语感呢?

  1、从听力训练开始,在听力方面,一是听课文录音带,去感知模仿形成正确的语音、语调,二是听英语广播、电视节目及原声电影等,三是认真对待我们平时的听力训练,要沉着、冷静、细心,抓关键词,瞄准下一个句子和题目。

  2、朗读、背诵是培养语感的捷径。主要是多读课文及听力教材,要将一个单词读准,一个句子读顺,一篇文章读烂,平时朝读时要最大声、最快速、最清晰地读。通过诵读,同学们可对文章的语意、语法、语气、语调、节奏、重音了然于心。

  3、要进行广泛阅读。阅读是吸收语言材料的最好途径,实践证明,学生阅读面越宽,语言实践越大,阅读理解能力便越强。只有通过读,才能够获得最大的实践量,才能享受到学习外语的真正甜头和学习的乐趣。阅读的数量多了,一些常用词汇、句式结构自然在脑子中形成了印象,也就逐渐形成了语感。现在我们每天至少应阅读一两篇文章。

  4、多积累多写作是培养语感的必经之路。在平时写日记、周记,考试时尽量使用通过积累的高级词汇和句型,这样才能有效地提高写作水平。

  六、要注重课本,排查要点,各个击破。这几年高考中都有课文中的原句子,同学们要善于发现隐藏在课文中的命题胚胎。

  七、要持之以恒,孜孜不倦。俗话说“一日学,一日功”,“一日不学,十日空”。也就是要讲究一个“勤”字,做到天天读,天天背,天天练,天天总结,养成一种好习惯,这样你就离成功不远了。

  八、要提高自已的应试素质,把平时的考试当作高考,把高考当作平时的考试。

  九、相信自己,强烈的自信心和必胜的信念是我们最大限度地发挥水平的致胜法宝。我们每个人身上都有巨大的潜力有待开发,一定要珍惜时光,找准人生的奋斗目标,不断努力,最大限度开发你的潜力,你是最优秀的。
