　　1. It is easy to decide that. The visiblesurface is cavity. It will not stick on the cavity side.

　　2. If this side is cavity, the part has a30% chance to stick to the cavity. We need to make extra room for futurechanges / modifications.

　　3. I think so. But we need to make somepictures and confirm with customer.

　　1、模具结构挺简单的，应当不会;

　　2、产品扣位处可能粘行位。我们需考虑行位上加顶针;

　　3、产品可能粘斜顶，所以我们需要考虑粘斜顶的部分如何分型。

　　7) Do you foresee sticking slide or anglelifter?

　　1. No. The mould structure is simple.

　　2. The undercut area may stick slide. Wemay consider to add an ejector pin on the slide.

　　3. The part may stick on the angle lifter,so we need to consider the parting line for this area.

　　8)、这是不是按最新版本产品图设计的?

　　1、是啊，没错。我们是是用最新版本产品图来更新模图的;

　　2、我不太确定，我得检查一下，然后再告诉你，好吗?

　　1. Yes. We revised the mould drawingaccordingly to the latest part drawing.

　　2. Not sure. It was provided by thecustomer. I will double check it.

　　10)、模具是否和啤机相匹配?TIE BAR间距是多少?

　　1、模具可以放得进客户要求的啤机。法兰也是匹配的;

　　2、我得检查一下它的唧嘴大小，顶棍孔位置以及顶杆螺牙类型是否正确。

　　10) Does the mould have a good fit with themoulding machine? What is the tie bar distance?

　　1. Yes, it is no problem to put the mouldinto the specified moulding machine. The location ring has a good fit with themachine as well.

　　2. I need to double check the sprue radius,the location of the KO hole, and the thread type of ejector rod.

　　11)、模具能否全自动运行?

　　1、产品和流道都可以自动掉下来;

　　2、产品需机械手取出;

　　3、产品可能会挂在斜顶上，需考虑二次顶出。

　　1. Yes, both the part and runner fall downfully automatically.

　　2. No, the part need to be taken out byrobot.

　　3. The part may hang on the angle lifter,so we need to consider two stage ejection.
