　　外贸英语学习中，卖方报盘(offer)之后，买方往往要还盘(counter-offer)。在外贸英语中，还盘是贸易往来中(主要是对价格)的磋商过程。

　　I'm afraid the offer is unacceptable.

　　恐怕你方的报价不能接受。
