  二、招聘信息

  Marketing Intern

  要求:经济/市场/管理专业优先;有较强的沟通和分析能力,熟练运用Excel/ PPT,并对市场部工作有兴趣。

  至少实习6个月以上,每周3-4天。2016年毕业生优先考虑。

  工作地点:浦东金桥

  Principal responsibilities

  — Ensures compliance with Linde safety standard, policies, and procedures.

  — Market Monitoring & Understanding

   Monitors competitor activity & reports on supply positions & strategies

   Tracks PvD market balance for Linde and the overall market

   Evaluates & communicates product supply trends

   Overall product market is understood & documented, including market size, growth potential, competitive environment, product sourcing status, & average selling prices

  — Strategy Development & Implementation (Product Strategy)

   Develops & implements overall product supply strategies, including working closely with Distribution & Logistics to identify opportunities for product trading and joint investment opportunities

   Identifies & makes investment case for new production & distribution assets

   Develops Sales & Operations planning process for all bulk products

   Supports development & implementation of product supply mode conversion strategies

  — Promoting Pricing Initiatives (Pricing)

   Propose and recommend “pricing increase” plan

   Gain alignment on pricing for new businesses

   Identify new pricing elements when implementing new market approaches

  — Profitability & Marketing Administration (Profitability)

   Jointly accountable for profit performance of product lines & identifies profit improvement opportunities by customer & industry segment.

  — Support commercialization process and planning

  Required qualifications/experience

  IT Helpdesk Intern

  要求:3天以上/周,实习六个月左右

  专业:IT信息方向, 2015年毕业学生优先考虑

  工作地点:浦东金桥,有班车提供

  Principal responsibilities

   This position will be responsible for the prompt service given to the end users as they contact the IS Helpdesk for IS technical support through call, email or user visit.

   This position will provide service request / incident / problem determination, recording, resolution or problem escalation for IT products and services. These products and services include networks, PCs and related devices, software, systems and applications etc.

   The IS Helpdesk is responsible for IS first level support for Shanghai Headoffice and its other companies in China.

  Required qualifications

   Outstanding ‘interpersonal and soft’ skills.

   telephone skills; able to deal with situations and to portray a customer service attitude over the phone.

   ability to troubleshoot problems.

   IS technical & PC problem resolution skills including hardware and software, system and applications.

   Excellent verbal, keyboard and written communication skills

   fluent in English.

   Highly motivated to solve problems.

  AP Intern

  要求:3天以上/周,实习六个月左右

  2016年毕业学生优先考虑

  Principal responsibilities

  – Get informed of Process of payable

  – Record invoices receiving and review the record of invoices

  – Read Process of bank management and payment

  – Prepare manual payment documents based on instruction of AP accountant

  – Print out bank movement statement for each bank account and inform AP accountant to review

  – Prepare bank account opening documents.

  – Involved in Procedure of T&E and brief of policy

  – List out T&E claim uploading report

  – Review supporting documents of employee claim

  Required qualifications

  - Master or bachelor degree (preferably accounting)

  - Good written and oral English skills
