　　篇一：I have a dream

　　Good morning ladies and gentlemen:

　　Everyone sitting here has his own dream. Martin Luther King’s dream is to let all the Negro slaves not wallow in the valley of despair; Abraham Lincoln’s dream is to unite all the Americans. Today I’m proud to say that I have a dream, my dream is to be a diplomat.

　　If I’m a diplomat, first of all, I’ll devote myself to the Taiwan issue. The majority of Chinese people strongly oppose Taiwan’s independence, because we have been separated from our relations and friends for more than 50 years. As president Lincoln said: A house divided against itself cannot stand. So as a diplomat, I will try to get all the separate families reunited and shorten the distance between the hearts of two peoples. Nowadays, China plays an important economic and political role in the world, so I’m sure that I’ll be able to convince big countries such as America, Britain and Russia to support our One-China policy.

　　Second, I’ll fight terrorism. I want to bring everlasting peace back to the human race. Terrorists are so rampant now that thousands of civilians have been killed and wounded in explosions and attacks—mothers have lost their babies; wives have lost their husbands. Terrorism imposes misery on all human beings. Everyone, no matter who he is or where he lives, is naturally anti-terrorism. So as a diplomat, I have a responsibility to ally China with all the countries fighting terrorism to free the civilians from the spiritual shackles.

　　If I’m a diplomat, I’ll take president Lincoln as my example—“With malice toward none, with charity for all, with firmness in the right!” In a word I’ll dedicate all my knowledge and wisdom to sail China towards a beautiful and promising future!

　　As you slowly open your eyes, look around , notice where the light comes into your room; listen carefully, see if there are new sounds you can recognize; feel with your body and spirit, and see if you can sense the freshness in the air. You will live every single day of your life with absolute passion, and you will show your passion through the words you speak and the actions you take. You will focus all your time and effort on the most important goals of your life. You will never succumb to challenges of hardships. You will never waver in your pursuit of excellence. After all,you are the best, and you deserve the best!

　　As your coach and friend, I can assure you the door to all the best things in the world will open to you, but the key to that door is in your hand. You must do your part, you must faithfully follow the plans you make and take the actions you plan, you must never quit, you must never fear. I know you must do it, you can do it, you will do it, and you will succeed!

　　篇三：Change The Ingredients Of Your Life

　　This is a glass of water, tasteless, right? However if you add sugar, it will taste sweet, but if you add vinegar, it will become bitter. The same is true with our life____ the flavor is created by our choices.

　　If kindness is added to a strange you will have a friend; but if hostility is added, you will have an enemy. If love is added to a pile of red bricks you will have a home, but if hatred is add to those bricks , you will have an concentration camp.

　　So my dear friends, never complain that life is boring and the world is disappointing. If don’t like the taste of your life, change the ingredients.

　　Three year ago, I weighed more than 100 hundred kilograms which caused significant embarrassment and frustration in my life. Like always failing my P.E examinations, like always being laughed at by girls, like being terrified to speak in public. It was my grandmother’s encouragement that revived from my passive attitude to become confident in myself. She said “ My dear, if you can’t change you figure, why not treat it as your own style. So I began to cautiously employ the new way of thinking. By choosing to change my outlook on life, I developed the confidence to make a difference and finally I found a totally new world.

　　So my dear friend, if faith, hope, love, endurance are added to your life, you will find the confidence to conquer your limitation and embrace new challenges. And hopefully with my speech included, you will have a fantastic speech contest.

　　Dear classmates:

　　We have only one earth to live on

　　Environment means the land, water and atmosphere we live by. Environment is the earth, the only planet and home for the human race. No one will doubt that we can never survive while the land, water and atmosphere are seriously polluted.

　　We are facing these environmental problems. Pollution is becoming more and more serious all over the world. For example, the poisonous gas sent off by factories and motors has made the air unhealthy for people to breathe. Foe another example, waste water keeps flowing into rivers and lakes; as a result, many water living things are dying out. Furthermore, everywhere we go today, we can find rubbish carelessly disposed. Pollution is, in fact, threatening our existence.

　　I am a rich girl, because I have a lot of treasure.

　　Friends are my treasures. Whenever I am sad and down, I know they would hold my hands and warm my heart. They show me how amazing the friendship is.

　　Families are also my treasures. Whether time find us far apart or it keeps us close together, they are always standing by my side. They tell me how wonderful to be loved by people you love.

　　Experience is my treasure. Whatever good or bad situation I have to face, it would show me the right way. It helps me to know more about life.

　　I believe I will be richer in the future., because the way of life is just like a journey of finding treasure .You never know when and where you can find them.
