We further hereby certify that the consignment is not classified as dangerous under the current edition of the IATA DANGEROUS GOODS REGULATIONS and governmental regulations, and can be transport as not restricted cargo.

Referring the captioned shipment of DRY LITHIUM BATTERY , such batteries have been packed in inner packaging in such a manner as to effectively prevent short circuits and to prevent movement which could lead to short circuits.

For this Lithium battery consignment, it satisfies special provision A45 under ICAO Technical Instruction for the safe transport of Dangerous Goods by Air (TI) which can be transported as non-restricted air cargo.

一般化工品,不属于危险品的话,一般只需要出具:非危险品保函,包含分子结构式的化学成分表,货物运输条件鉴定书 三份文件.都需要正本.

非危险品保函:有些船公司有固定格式,有些没有.盖SHIPPER公章.

化学成分表:SHIPPER自己出具,盖条形章即可.

货物运输条件鉴定书:一般要到附近有资质的`化工研究院检测中心去做,这个是最麻烦的,而且要花费不少的一笔费用.但是同一个产品做一次鉴定可以用一年,只要每次订舱的时候出具给船公司,之后即可返还,下次再用.
