证明人声明：

1、我行只向本证明书所指期限内，被证明人在我行偿还贷款及利息、资金结算和执行结算纪律情况的真实性负责。我行对本证明书所指明日期期间，之前或之后上述情况所任何变化不承担责任。

2、本证明书只用于前款特定内容，不得转让，不得作为担保、融资等其它事项的证明。

3、本证明书为正本，只限送往证明接受人，涂改、复印无效。我行对被证明人、证明书接受人运用本资信证明产生的后果，不承担任何法律责任。

4、本证明书经我行负责人或授权代理人签字并加盖公章后方能生效。

5、本证明书的解释权归我行所有。
