People are different, so lifestyles are different. My lifestyle is pretty good. Do you want to know? Well, let me tell you.
I often exercise , usually when I have a P.E class. I like to drink cola, and drink it two or three times a week. I don't like coffee, so I never drink it , it's awful. Sure ,I also like junk food and eat it about twice a week. As for vegetables, I like it very much, and eat them every day. I sleep eight hours every night. I need a lot of sleep. So you see, I'm in good health.

Water and milk are good for your health. It’s important toplay basketball run and have enough sleep. We couldn’t spend a long time forwatching TV and playing computer. It’s bad for our eyes.
We should keep happy confident helpful and friendly. I don’t think nervousand angry are good for our health.

The first day I went to school, my parents bought me a schoolbag as a special present. They knew I liked spider man, so they went to many shops and finally bought me my favorite cartoon character schoolbag. Now I am in middle school and need to change another schoolbag, but I still keep my spider man schoolbag, because it reminds me of my parents' love. I put it in the corner of my bedroom, so I can see it every day and have the motivation to keep moving on. I am so thankful to my parents, for they care about me all the time, so I must study hard to return them.
