Who Moved My Cheese This book tell about the story of the two dwarves and two small mice. The article centers on the cheese. Different people have different state of mind, resulting in different strategies. Some people may take action quickly like xiu xiu ,some people may be afraid of change, and refused change like heng heng. But other people may think that changes will make things better and they are able to adjust in time to adapt to the changes. In fact, for any one person, living and learning have too many changes, whether we fear the arrival of the change or not，changes occur everywhere. If we are able to adapt to the changes as soon as possible, we can do better. When we are faced with change, we will fear and feel at a loss, it is normal. As long as we can seriously deal with the fear ,it can even help us to avoid the real danger. We do not have to refuse to change, we can change the attitude to changes, enjoyment of change, embracing change and meeting the change. On the other hand, the cheese is the superior state which is acquired though hard work. Cheese is not only an opportunity, but also have a core competency. How do we grasp and posses? we often long for the frivolous and joy, but difficult to understand sad feelings .As part of this comparison, we need to grasp today, take the opportunity to learn to care for the protection and well-protected and do not wait until the cheese change acid, doing nothing and admiring what they have. Change is constant. there exist the people like Xiu Xiu who generally feared change and denied changes ,nowadays the people like chirp who have the capacity of adjusting themselves to adapt to the changes are more and more, this is due to the times and social development. The original cheese will be one day consumed, how do we face? Carnegie said that do not sad for breaking the glass in the book in the name of the weakness of human nature”we also have not remembered for the cheese ,it will fascinated wishful thinking. What we need is to find suitable for our own roads, out of an easy life, beyond fear and look for a new cheese. Life does not comply with the wishes of an individual , change will come at any time, but actively to face the change, you will find a better cheese. No matter whether we are aware of the new cheese which always exist in a place.
