As people’s living standard has been improved and taking less exercise, the number of diabetes patients is increasing day by day. Everyone should aware this and fight for this horrible chronic disease to reduce the death rate. Keeping a good diet and living a good living style is helpful. I feel lucky to have a good neighbor. Sheis about 65 years old. I remember it clearly，one night, I wascaught in a pouring rain, and then I suffered from a high fever. My parentswere on business, so I turned to her for help, I recovered soon. I have anotherneighbor, we’re in the same age, went to the same school. We always playedtogether. I’m not good at Physics at that time. It was hard for me to pass theexam. After school, she always helped me with my Physics. With her help, I madea big process in my final exam.
