　　I have recognized an indian boy named Gerald who was 22 years old and a abroad student through Wechat software one year ago.In the beginning i did not get in touch with him directly,but through a friend of mine who was not good at english.This friend considered my englishmaybe better than her,so she introduced Gerald to me.In the beginning we just talked about something common,such asage、job、work place、major、family and so on.With the time flow,we are familiar with each other.We talked about something deeper,and knew each other well.Once i told him i wasa christian，and i believed in God.Before i told him about my faith,i thought he may can not accept it and no longer make freinds with me.Because most people in china have no belif,and usually can not accept people who has.But Geral told me he also a christian.It was a big surprise and happiness for me.As we know most people in india just belive in buddhism or hinduism, and very less believe in christ.

　　Later we made appiontment to meet each other. I had showed route line to my location clear before our meeting,but he still took the wrong bus and passed the correct station.So i have to drive my car to pick him up.Athough it occurred some accident in our first time meeting,we still felt very happy and fantastic.That daytime i invited him to our church, sung hymns to our God and read holy bible.In the evening we had a generous dinner together.From that time we became good friend and brother,and we usually gather together in weekend.The above all are some experience i have got with my little brother Gerald.

　　Everybody knows waste paper and used coke cans are discarded everywhere. You might have seen plastic bags flying in the sky and getting caught in the trees when the wind blows or maybe you have seen old cans floating in the rivers and polluting the water. Our environment is the place in which we live, but it is being ruined by us.

　　There is a story about house and trees. It is said that a man’s house was surrounded by a lot of trees. Though the wind was strong, that man could have a good rest under the trees. How comfortable the life was! One day, that man wanted to enlarge his house, so he cut down all the trees. Then the autumn came without the protection. The strong wind blew the roof of the house into the sky. The whole house was gone with the wind. What a pity! But that’s the price people have to pay for destroying in the ecology balance. People shouldn’t be short-sighted. Protecting the environment is everyone’s task.

　　As you know, there are four kinds of pollution. They are air pollution, water pollution, waste pollution and noise pollution. But what can we do to solve the pollution? I think, firstly, we can make cars that don’t pollute the environment. We can ask companies to use modern clean technology. In some big cities, we can limit the number of cars. Secondly, we can try to use less water and make sure that we do not pollute the water. We can tell factories that they are not allowed to pour waste water into the lakes and rivers. Thirdly, we should not throw rubbish in parks and cities. We can pick up rubbish if we see it. We can put more rubbish bins in our parks and cities. 　　过了一会儿，一个工作人员把我们这二十几个人全都领到了二楼一个教室里面。一共有两张卷子，一张是对你的英语学习情况进行了解，比如：你读英语报纸吗？A、经常B、偶尔C、只读过一次D、从未读过。让你选择并在A、B、C、D前面打对号。接着又发了第二张试卷儿，太难了。第一、二题是听力部分。第一题是他说一个句子让你选A、Yes,heisB、Yes,sheisC、Yes,theyis.第二题是他说一个故事，让你选试卷上面写得是对还是错。我们让工作人员放了五遍都没怎么听懂。

　　过了一会儿，我们把笔试做完后，开始静静地背诵我们准备的故事。然后，工作人员觉得A1组已经结束了，就把我们五人一组五人一组的带下去进行才艺表演。当你背诵完后（如果你还没背完就到时间了就会让你停住），外教就会给你提供一张照片并提问你一至三个问题，如果你答不上来，外教就会对你说：“thankyou.”

　　一、商务英语电子邮件的格式

　　常见的商务英语电子邮件包括以下五部分：

　　①写信人Email地址、收信人Email地址、抄送收信人Email地址、密送收信人Email地址。②标题。③称呼、开头、正文、结尾句。④礼貌结束语。⑤写信人全名、写信人职务及所属部门、地址、电话号码、传真等。

　　其中邮件主题应体现邮件主旨，要引人注目、意思明确，最好为名词或动名词短语；称呼礼貌得体，符合商务英语写作习惯，如不知对方姓名只知头衔，可用 Dear+Title作为称呼，如只知对方姓名不知性别，可用Dear+全名，如邮件为一封通函，则用DearAll作为邮件称呼；正文应结构清楚，便于阅读，如正文内容较长，可使用小标题、小段落，或利用星号、下划线及段落间空行等方式使邮件眉目清楚、一目了然。

　　二、商务英语电子邮件写作应遵循的六大原则

　　1、亲切自然：可以用We 就不要用You

　　每一封email往来，都是你和与收信人之间的交流。很多人以为写商业e-mail就应该用「生意腔」，于是把本来有感情基础的`e-mail写得官样。

　　把每次e-mail往来当成是跟对方进行了一次交谈，只不过交谈的界面是e-mail。用我／我们做主词，这样才能让email读起来热情、友善，像朋友交谈那样简单自然，亲切又人性化。官样e-mail：Your mail has been received.

　　亲切e-mail：I have received your mail.

　　官样e-mail：Your complaint is being looked into.

　　亲切e-mail：We are looking into your complaint.

　　2、一针见血：可以清楚就不要模糊

　　写email最忌讳文绉绉，要打电话给人就用call，要去拜访人就说visit，不要刻意用自以为正式但其实意思模模糊糊的字。

　　模糊字：contact

　　清楚字：call／write／visit

　　模糊字：soon

　　清楚字：by March 15

　　3、言简意赅：可以一个字就不要两个字

　　大部份商业人士跟你一样，每天都要阅读大量e-mail。所以e-mail一定要写得简明扼要。与主题无关或者无助于e-mail目的之内容，请毫不留情的舍弃。

　　冗长句：The paper jam had the effect of a destructive force on the copy machine. 精简句：The paper jam destroyed the copy machine.

　　4、语汇朴实：用对方看得懂的关键字

　　每个行业都有自己的行话，写e-mail时要确定别人懂不懂你的行话，也尽量不用华丽词藻。西方人习惯使用朴实的语言。

　　迂回句：We look forward to a bright and glorious future of cooperation.

　　朴实句：We hope to have the opportunity to work with you in the future.

　　迂回句：The choice of exogenous variables in relation to multi-collinearity is contingent upon the derivations of certain multiple correlation coefficients.

　　朴实句：Supply determines demand.

　　5、有技巧的表达：永远让人觉得you're helpful

　　同样一件事说法不同，得到回应就不同，有技巧的说法让人乐于为你效劳。

　　拙劣说法：Obviously, if you’d read your policy carefully, you’d be able to answer these questions yourself.

　　漂亮说法：I'm glad to clear up these questions for you.

　　拙劣说法：In order to complete the claim you made, simply..

　　6、下一个专业的信件标题
