　　所谓“外国语学校”，看中的就是英语和国语（语文），为了弘扬我校积极向上的学习外语，举办了盛大欢悦的校园英语节等系列活动。在英语节期间，我校分别举办了：以英语为主题的表演和游园活动。表演由学校的一致六年级的各个班进行【自导自演】的演出，在礼堂举行，并依次评分和排名；而游园活动则是由英语老师们联合举办，开创有关于英语的游戏并设置了奖励。下面我们看到的是，五、六年级组的英语表演。

　　整齐而有序的队伍，行进在去往礼堂的路上。礼堂内，热闹的喧嚣声萦绕在耳畔；一个个同学们正在入座，准备观看这精彩的演出。这一些同学中，不只是穿着整洁的校服，也有为了在大冬天奉献出精彩的演出而不惜自己穿短袖、裙子的同学；他们那奉献自己的精神真令人感动啊！“请各位同学保持安静，演出马上开始！”一位老师的声音铿锵有力，将在语句里漫游的我们拉了回来，全场迅速安静下来。四位衣着靓丽的主持人登上了舞台，一男一女配成一个组合。一个念英语，一个念普通话。“Dear teachers and friends，good afternoon.”“尊敬的老师，亲爱的同学们，下午好！”一个铿锵有力的，是男生；一个温柔甜美的，是女生。两种不同的语言在广阔的礼堂中交织、碰撞，给人一种新奇的感觉，清晰地传达给在场的每一位老师、同学。

　　很快，主持人开始报第一个节目：由五一班带给大家的歌曲。上场的只有四名同学，一个个衣着并不如主持人那么亮丽，但保持着一种神秘感。随着音乐响起，我看她们忽而双眉颦蹙，表现出无限的哀愁，忽而笑颊粲然，表现出无边的喜乐；忽而侧身垂睫，表现出低回宛转的娇羞；忽而张目嗔视，表现出叱咤风云的盛怒；忽而轻柔地点额抚臂，画眼描眉，表演着细腻妥贴的梳妆；忽而挺身屹立，按箭引弓，使人几乎听得见铮铮的弦响！在舞蹈的狂欢中，她们忘怀了观众，也忘怀了自己。她们只顾使出浑身解数，用她灵活熟练的四肢五官，来讲说着英语那古老的故事！音乐声渐渐地变小，直到淹没在全场观众的掌声中；掌声持续了一分钟，她们优美的舞姿简直可以和舞蹈家媲美。在这掌声与荣耀的背后，是无数艰苦的汗水与劳累；在多少个日夜后，才赢得这荣耀！
