　　There are many ways to keep it. First, those who are always on the go from morning till night should find time to relax because too much strewill affect their health. Second, enough time should be left for sleep because that will help one become rested and refreshed. Finally, regular physical exercises benefit one's health a lot. So one should always keep in mind that a certain amount of exercise is not a waste of time.

　　最近社会刮起了一阵英语风，我那60多岁的奶奶想了一想，感觉自己落伍了，于是缠着我教她英语。面对一个毫无基础的“学生”，我为师是一百个不愿意。但奶奶那么诚恳，我只好答应了她。

　　初次上课，我翻出一堆英文字母，来到客厅。此时的奶奶已经搬上小板凳，坐在客厅等候多时了。她两只眼睛炯炯有神地盯着小黑板，我拿出字母A,读到A。奶奶也专注地读道：“哎!”我一听，笑得前俯后仰，连忙纠正。经过几个来回，奶奶终于会读字母A了，她高兴得像小孩似的手舞足蹈。我又教奶奶字母O,我念道O,奶奶说：“这个简单，哦。”“奶奶，应该读O!”我纠正着奶奶的发音。奶奶竟跟我撒起娇来：“就算我会了吧，好不好?”看着奶奶可怜的眼神，我这个小老师也只能无可奈何地摇摇头，奶奶就这样把一个小字母混了过去。

　　今天是奶奶的.期末考试，我拿出字母卡片，随便抽出一张。不好这是奶奶最不会读的字母G。奶奶戴着老花眼镜，读道：“鸡。”“不对不对，这无缘无故的，哪来的鸡呀。”奶奶开始用哀求的眼神望着我。我是监考老师，这次我可没给奶奶面子，“不行，扣你五分!”接着，我又抽出一张字母K。奶奶情不自禁地咳了一声，就说，我读完了。“哎呀，奶奶，这都哪儿跟哪儿啊。再扣五分。”期末考试终于完了，我无情地给奶奶一个不及格，奶奶一边抓头发一边纳闷自己怎么错了这么多。

　　奶奶学英语真是滑稽，一天我正在看电视，过了一会儿，奶奶过来了，她看见了数字0，便说，这个我知道，读O。“奶奶你瞎扯什么呀。这是数字0。”我忙替奶奶纠正，奶奶恍然大悟，还一边发出我听不懂的怪叫声。
