　　时态：这篇文章可以采用一般现在时来写。如果主语是第三人称单数，动词别忘加s。句型：要用feel 加形容词，和表示患某种疾病的用法have+表示的疾病的'单词。

　　注意：在表示疾病时，可以使用-ache,hurt 和sore。不要只用一个单词，以避免枯燥。要写出得病后的简单治疗及心情，不能只写得病的情况。常见病句：My nose is hurt。因为be后面要加形容词，而hurt是动词，因此应使用sore;东西放在床上要用on the bed。生病，是卧床不起，应该说stay in bed。表示吃药时，通过用take some medicine，不用eat。词汇量要控制在40~60之间。

　　今天，我兴高采烈地来到学校。可是一进门便知道了一个坏消息，今天要英语考试，这让我一下子就紧张起来，再加上上一次考试成绩也不理想。老师说这张卷子很难，我更对自己没有了信心。

　　我迈着沉重的脚步来到座位上。一眨眼的功夫就到下午英语考试的时间了。我心中仿佛有块石头悬在半空中。考试开始了，那块石头几乎都到了喉咙口。而我的背上似乎有块冰放在上面，使我时不时地打个冷颤，头上也滴下一两滴冰凉的汗珠。手上又好像有一只小兔子，脚上好像系着两块重重的石头。不一会儿听力部分就完成了。接下去，就要做笔试部分了，我又打了几个冷颤。

　　我心脏跳动的'速度迅速加快，笔尖一动一动的，脚也在不停的抖动。喉咙口也好像有一个一直咽不下去的东西，时间一分一秒的过去，我却无动于衷。忽然我的脑海中闪现出爸爸常说的一句话：“失败不一定每次都失败，但放弃就一定是失败。”于是，我做了几个深呼吸，搓了搓手掌，擦了擦额前的冷汗，捂了捂胸口，平静了心情。心里暗暗对自己说加油加油。我拿起笔，低下头，又开始认真做卷子了。做完整张卷子我又认真地检查了一遍，长嘘了一口气。最后，我得到了一个不错的成绩——95分。

　　每当回想起这件事，我就会想起父亲对我的教诲：不管做什么事都不要放弃。父亲的教导将使我受益一生。
