　　Long, long ago, a farmer thought the shoots in his fields were not growing fast enough. He wanted to help them. So he pulled every shoot up, then went home, feeling very tired but very satisfied. "Look, how great I an! I can think out such a good idea. From now on, my shoots will grow faster and faster," he thought. "I an very tired today," he said to his family, "I've been helping the young shoots to grow." When his son heard this, he ran out to the fields to have a look. To his surprise, he found all the shoots weredead.

　　我的老师全名叫孙亮，他不是很胖，但很圆润，眼睛很小，鼻子很大，很搞笑，也很严厉。

　　有一次我们班的一名同学上课睡着了，老师先瞪了一下，他同桌拍他，可他睡得很死，还没醒。老师说：“别摇他。”老师走过来，在他耳边温柔的喊着：“宝贝，吃饭了，起床尿尿了。”刚说完，他猛一抬头，头又磕在桌子上了，同学们笑的.很开心。老师严肃的说：“你要是想睡的话.........”，看他一脸委屈，老师幽默地来了一句“我影响你睡觉了是吧？”他把眼泪一抹，坐了下来。

　　“老师傅，再见”，说完把那个同学揪了出来。

　　我的老师也很温柔，教师节我送他一个用积木拼的米奇。老师说：“感谢大哥送的积木。”还有其他同学送老师礼物，有一个同学自嘲地说“切，当老师真好，不像某人，只能看着。”

　　“你过来。”老师用犀利的眼神看着他说道。

　　他慢慢的、忐忑的走过去，老师突然之间伸出有力地双臂，吓得那个同学差点一个趔趄坐到地上，没想到老师紧紧地搂住了他说：“你竟然把自己送给我了！”弄得那个同学不知所措。

Of course, the capabilities of a computer depend upon its size---whether it is a microcomputer, a minicomputer, or a large computer. We can’t use a microcomputer in complicated digital processing or sonar signal processing. If we do that, the time it spends in such processing would be longer than we expect. On the other hand, if we use a large computer to do only a small job ordinarily assigned to a personal computer, the cost would be very high.
