　　英语老师还是名副其实的`“麻辣教师”，只要有单词不会读，就会被罚站，还要被软尺打。默写错一个单词，就要被罚抄十行。

　　蒋老师发起火来，就如“火山爆发”，那更是不得了。记得有一次，考试成绩出来了，老师脸色阴沉地走过来，一站到讲台上便呵斥道：“你们这次是怎么考试的？九十分以上没有几人，待会儿试卷发下去的时候，谁没有考到九十分的，就给我站起来。”过了一会，我们班几十个人齐刷刷地站了起来，形成了很壮观的景象。特别是一位同学，考试成绩特差，竟然还说“考了倒数是自己努力的结果”，听到这句话，全班同学都忍俊不禁，蒋老师脸色铁青地走过来，一边敲桌子一边说道：“考试倒数第一是你努力的结果，我让你努力，回家跟你的父母也这么说，看他们是否认可？”一边说一边教棍就打了手心。说着说着，老师的声调变温和了，语重心长地说道：“成绩不是成长的唯一衡量标准，可是我们现在好好学习，是学习本领、学习做人的道理，以后才有能力见识外面的世界”。

　　蒋老师讲课也很风趣、生动，而且老师经常会和我们互动，会带我们玩一些英语小游戏、人物互换什么的，可有趣啦！我很喜欢上英语课。
