记得前年的夏天，英文补习班举办了一场演讲比赛。英文老师给了我一个机会，让我和几位同学代表班上参加比赛。这 是一项极大的挑战，赢得优胜的机会非常渺茫，我很想去试试看，因为我之前也参加过类似的比赛，但是，成绩并不理想，所以，我很想再度挑战。而在老师和家人的鼓励之下，我对这次的比赛也愈来愈有信心了！
随着比赛的脚步慢慢的接近，我的练习次数也不断的增加，心情也愈来愈紧张。有时，一个小小的失误就会让我的信心跌落谷底，开始怀疑自己的实力。但幸好，爸妈不断的为我加油、打气，让我鼓起勇气，继续练习。
