我被编入B31班，学习《英语语音过关》。教我们这一班的是曾老师，国字脸，鼻梁上架着一副近视眼镜。他总让我们在快乐中学习知识，我们都很喜欢他。同时，我还认识了两类同学，一类是吵吵闹闹、爱开小差的捣蛋鬼，另一类是安安静静、用心学习的好学生。在卓越英语，每个同学都有自己的.英文名字，我的英文名字叫Tony（托尼），可大家都叫我“掏泥”。
在卓越英语，我学得很努力，老师一教我就懂，字写得也不错，老师经常夸我。但我记性不大好，有时候举起手来想发言，却不知道说什么。我想，这是基础不扎实的缘故，还得多下功夫。
于是，我不仅在学校里学，还在家里学。老师发给我们每人两张《英语语音过关》碟片，让我们在家里听。下午和晚上家里的台式电脑被姐姐“统治”着，所以，我每天早上很早起来听碟片读英语。每天放学回家，都要进行巩固，攻守并进。我的家庭作业几乎都是对的。
