Dear Anne,

　　I am very sorry that I didn't attend your birthday party last Sunday. I feel awful about it and want to apologize to you.

　　It was nice of you to invite me to your party. I should have come and celebrated the precious moment with you, but the monthly test is around the corner, so I was so busy preparing for the test that I forgot the appointment. I hope you understand my situation and forgive me. Is it possible for you and me to have a private meeting after the test? I do long for a pleasant chat with you.

　　It is much to my regret that I missed the chance of a happy get-together. Once again, please accept my sincere apology.

Just then we noticed that the buses and cars moved very slowly because of the heavy snow. So we went to clean the snow so as to help the traffic go safely. 　　上星期天早晨，我起床后惊讶地发现下了一场大雪。很久没下这么大的`雪了，我非常激动。于是，我决定喊上朋友们一起出去玩雪。我们堆了一些雪人，滚了一些雪球，沉浸在打雪仗的乐趣之中。就在这时，我们注意到因为大雪车辆行驶得很慢，于是就去清扫路上的雪。经过一整早晨的努力，我们清扫了路上的积雪，然后高高兴兴地回了家。

　　Mother would then tell me the story of the moon fairy Chang-o, who lived in a palace on the moon, with a jade rabbit for companion. I always imagined that I was the moon fairy whenever I heard the story. When I grew older, however, I was compelled to leave home for education in the city. And now I am living alone away from home. The August moon only serves to remind me of the lost happy days I had with my family in the country.

People were so shocked by the girl’s young face, which looked so innocent and she was just no more than 16!Such a young girl surely did not have the ability to raise a kid, what’s more, they even did not figure out the meaning of responsibility. The problem of family education was brought to the public again. The root of young pregancy lies in the parents’ caring. The lack of communication between parents and chidren is easy to have such problem. It is not appropriate to have baby at such early age.

　　It has been reported that in Hong Kong, a police car which was loaded with crash attracted many people to grab the money when the crash slipped down from the police car. It was such crazy, the money should be handed to the band, while on its way to the bank, people grabbed some and then left quickly. Two days later, the police found back most of the money, some people who refused to return the money were caught into the prison.

　　Self-behave is not easy, people are easy to obey the public rules on the small issues, while when the great temptation comes, these rules are easy to be broken. The one who can refuse to the great temptation can say he is totally self-behave.

　　自律不容易，人们很容易遵守关于小事的公共规则，然而当面临巨大诱惑的时候，这些规则很容易就会被打破。谁能拒绝大诱惑，谁就能说他是完全的自律。
