Nowadays, it is not rare that celebrities from all works of life are employed as guest professors in universities. And we can always see reports about this in newspapers, magazines and other news media.
Some people see it as a win-win situation. On the one hand, celebrities can share their successful stories with students, which can broaden students’ horizon and inspire them to work harder. On the other hand, being visiting professors of universities, the celebrities can make themselves known to more people. However, other people disapprove this practice. They argue that universities’ attention of inviting celebrities to be professors is to enhance the schools’ fame instead of improving the quality of education, and some celebrities are not qualified to be professors.
In my view, just as a coin has two sides, the inviting of celebrities as guest professors has both good and bad effects. Thus I think colleges should evaluate the possible results thoroughly, and their choices should be based on the improvement of teaching standards and students’ development.

在小学阶段，教英语作文是一件很令人头疼的事。学生们单词量少，语法知识贫乏，硬让学生强写，是错误百出，甚至还有很多的中式英语，闹出不少笑话。我分以下四个步骤来教作文，目前感觉效果不错。
第一、仿写句子。就是将句子中的关键词用其它同类的单词来代替。
第二、翻译句子。将中文句子翻译成相对应的英文句子。这是用来锻炼学生的`表达能力的。
第三、仿写课文。这里的课文包括简单的对话、段落和短文。这实际也是仿写句子的一种延伸。也是替换课文中的关键词，让它再另外自成一篇。我现在教的一些中等水平的学生都基本能很好地仿写课文，有时还能有让人惊喜的创新。
最后，让能力较好的学生试着写命题作文。
在教英语作文时，切忌急于求成，要由简到难，循序渐进，一步一步地走。如果，一上手就让学生写命题作文，他们就会望而生畏，却步不前，不知道从哪里下手。

Career or Family: which is more important?
When asked about their opinion of career and family, people always respond differently. Some people deem it more important to pursue their career, while there are always other people who argue that family should be the number one in one’s life.
It goes without any question that career plays a key role in our life. In the very first place, career can give us an aim to live on. Without career, much of our living time will be certainly wasted. What’s more, career can provide us with a means to live on. Most of the people earn their income from a job. On the other hand, family is also an indispensable part of life, as many people will admit. Family is always regarded as a place where we can escape from troubles in life. In addition, we can obtain a sense of belonging to from family. Without it, anyone will feel lonely and desperate.
In my opinion, career and family are not in opposition to each other. Rather, they can enhance each other so that one’s life can become better and better. Therefore, it’s not a choice between right and wrong, but one between ideal and practical.
职业或家庭：哪个更重要?
在谈到自己的事业和家庭的意见要求，人总是有不同地反映。有些人认为这更重要的是追求自己的事业，而另一些人认为家庭应该是一个人的生活当中的首位。

每个人都有自己喜欢做的事，做的时候感觉都很好。就比如我很喜欢做英语，在做英语的时候，我的心情就会很好，所以我学英语是感觉学着就非常好。
上课我们不仅可以学习还可以，在快乐中学习。让我们是沉浸在一种享受中，在学习，效率也有了。这种在学习上课中的快乐享受瘦，不仅仅是在学校里，网课上，应该在各个地方。在学习英语这方面我也是深有体会。
第一，我非常喜欢手机上有一个英语的PEP上面外教老师演的.栩栩如生，让我爱上学习，爱上英语雨。学完之后还可以得到奖励，就很有荣誉感，而且这种荣誉感是别人体会不到的。
在快乐中学习不是一种很好的选择吗？可以让我们在快乐中学到知识，在快乐中学知识，这样的感觉真好。而且只是一种视觉上的享受。我也比较喜欢学校上的英语课，英语张老师把一门枯燥的语言课，上成了活灵活现的英语课，老师在课上不仅会教我们知识，还会给我们普及一些课外的，比如说英语电影之类一些东西。
学习英语，让我真正感受到在快乐中学习。但是我最后还是想说：“学英语的感觉真好，如在另一个环境中放松，在学习中找到快乐。”

我和闫艺菲、宋金宇都在阳光英语学习。
我的同桌是闫艺菲，我们上课时一起思考问题，下课时一起玩耍。也是我们班里亲密无间的好朋友。
我们是周六上午学习，中午大家都回家了，我和菲菲会主动留下来。帮老师擦黑板、扫地、扶凳子，我们体会到了劳动的快乐。
因为有了菲菲和金宇，我的'英语补习才会这么快乐。
