In fact being too fat may cause such fat related diseases as heart attack, hypertension, etc. Seeing that they are getting too fat, some people go on a diet that＇s too stringent or too lean in order to lose weight. Consequently, they suffer from other diseases such as anemia and malnutrition.
Obviously, the foods we eat have profound effects on our health. Having too much rich food all the time is no good, nor is it much good to have too simple adiet. We shouldn＇t go to either extremes. If we want to keep fit, we should have a balanced diet. Remember a well balanced diet plus proper exercises can keep us healthy and energized all the time.

现在，我的阅读面扩大许多，不仅看中文故事，还试着读一些英语小短文，我尤其爱看英语幽默，笑话，常常乐得开怀大笑。第一，当然是故事有趣，惹人发笑；第二是因为读懂了，高兴地忍不住想笑。渐渐地，我的阅读理解能力大大提高了。以前，看到文章中生词多，就觉得头晕眼花，有畏难情绪；可现在呢，我不再拒绝新单词了，因为我会根据上下文的`意思，猜个八九不离十，即使猜错了，也不影响对整个故事的理解。哈哈，会双语的感觉真好！上课时我们用心地配合老师读单词、学习句子、掌握知识点……老师上课时，当我们回答对了一个又一个的问题，老师嘴里就会不停地说着“good”（棒）、“OK”（好）之类表扬的话，大家完全沉浸在英语的海洋中，欢声笑语久久回荡着。

No bigger than a grain of rice and embedded beneath a persons skin, the computer identifying chips will be the future ID card someday.
ID cards are easy to counterfeit while the chips are extremely hard to remove or fake. In addition, the chip has no power supply; rather, it has a millimeter-long magnetic coil that is activated when a scanning device is running across the skin above it. A tiny transmitter on the chip sends out the data. But without the scanning device the chip cant be read. By limiting the use of scanners can people control what the technology is used for. airports, nuclear plants and other high-security facilities to avoid the problem of negligence on the part of security guards. Other uses include satellite tracking of an individuals energy movement to the storage data such as medical records.
So its good news for those who are afraid of being kidnapped, requiring paramedical services or suffering from serious allergies. Besides, with chips which can be implanted into animals being made, owners can find the lost pets with ease.
