China will expand its trials of crop rotation1 and fallow systems this year as part of efforts to facilitate the green development of agriculture. 今年我国将扩大耕地轮作休耕制度试点规模，促进农业绿色发展。   “轮作”（crop rotation）指在同一田块上有顺序地在季节间和年度间轮换种植不同作物的'种植方式。比如，在同一田块上，一年种大豆，一年种小麦，一年种玉米，接下来每年按照上述顺序轮换种植。在南方一年多熟的条件下，一年内还可以按照季节进行轮换种植。   “休耕”（fallow）指对肥力不足、地力较差的耕地，一定时期内不种农作物，但仍进行管理和维护，以恢复地力。
