It is in JINXIU travel agency that I have my practice.There are six departments and I was in two departments: treatmemt department and ticket department. My job is receiving guests in the office and ordering plane ticket for costomers, and some times I also answered the phone, helping visitors understand traveling route of travel agency or taking tickets for them.

三、实习内容
（一）、语文教学
课堂教学，包括备课、上课、修改作业、批阅试题。做一个语文教师所做的事情，积极引导，认真做好工具性与人文性教育工作。
（二）、班主任工作
及时正确引导学生思想，处理班上日常杂务，管理好学生日常行，培养良好的行为习惯，调动学生干部处理班上各事务。
四、实习效果
在实习学校有关领导和指导老师的悉心指导下，认真开展语文教学工作和班主任实习工作。在整个实习阶段，我从一个没有经验的大学生到略有经验的小学语文教师及班主任。在实习过程中，通过教师及自己的刻苦努力，现能较好地上课及做好班主任工作。
五、实习总结及体会
实初为人师，对于我而言却是件极具挑战性、颇具诱惑力的事情。20xx年3月1 日，开始了为期四个月的教育实习。实习期间的点点滴滴、酸甜苦辣，让我体验到作为一位人民教师的崇高和艰辛。
下面我从几个方面对我的实习进行总结。
（一）、认真做好实习前期工作
首先是把自己的心态放正，因为心态决定一切是辅导员叮嘱的。学做师者就得像师者。指导老师对我的要求：严格要求自己，为人师表，言必行，行必果，身正为范。指导教师介绍了各项实习工作的安排和实习期间该注意的'事项。我也主动把实习班级的每个学生和学校的基本情况做了个初步的了解。有了这一切的统筹安排，我的实习才能进行的如此顺利。
（二）、名师指导按步骤提高教学水平
教学实习的开展，指导我的一个非常负责的教师。我们将实习分为两个阶段：
第一阶段为见习阶段，时间为一周。在这个星期里，我全面熟悉初一学生的语文教材，认真听指导老师的每一堂课，并做好每节听课纪录，课后与老师交流，虚心求教，深入了解课堂教学的要求和教学过程。学习如何备课、备学生，如何更好地将素质教育的理论与落实考纲考点的要求相结合。不断地进行反思，仔细体会老师在课堂上的每个细节，并这个细节中所蕴含的意思。因为在课堂上的每个动作都是为教学服务的，这是指导教师经常强调的一句话。我还经常听一些竟赛课、公开课、优质课。之后与指导教师一起探讨，的是老师的指点。吸取他人优秀成份作为自己所用。是模仿与学习相结合的阶段。
第二阶段是上课阶段，我的指导老师是三年级三班的班主任，她给我安排的课时很多，这就使我有了的锻炼机会，上讲台的次数就自然增多。一天中最多有三节课，一般都是两节课。所以就有了很多交流的时间，在做得不好的地方老师就会及时地给我指出。另外在课后细心琢磨教材、详细写教案、做课件，每一样都是改了又改，直到自己认为能教好本课为止，这才交到指导教师那里进行初审。在审查时指导老师要求我说出我的上课计划，这就练习了说课的环节。在指导老师的批改和建议下再做修改，之后在上课前进行试讲。我的每一节课指导老师都会坚持去听课，在课后细心帮我评课，针对我课堂上出现的缺点提出宝贵意见，并且肯定了我的一些可取之处，让我倍受鼓舞，在课后努力改正，提高教学水平，以确保在下一次的教学中不出现同样的错误。还要在教学过程中学会整体规划，依照教科书的按排创造性完成教学任务。在这样的努力下，我在教态、语言、板书、提问技巧、与学生互动等各方面都有了显著的提高。
（三）、积极做好班主任实习工作
做班主任是辛苦的，而当一个小学三年级的班主任则是更辛苦的，稍有不注意就有意想不到的事情发生。这给管理教育带来了巨大的困难，所以一开始我就暗下决心，一定要加倍努力，要投入比别人的时间和精力将我的工作做好。我从早上6点就起床，早餐之后就到学校签到。每天的主要任务：
1、看早读，每天早上7点半到教室督促他们打扫卫生，检查仪容仪表，督促他们认真早读。
2、在上课时间进行巡堂，检查上课情况，如有上课不认真听讲者，下课及时找他谈话，正确引导。
3、第六节课后为课外活动，我要辅导个别学生，给个别学生作思想工作。在这过程中，我做到爱岗敬业，任劳任怨，不喊苦不喊累，尽责的做好每一项工作，带领学生参加学校的各项活动。如全校大扫除、班团会等活动。
经过不懈的努力，班级整体情况有了改善，我与学生也建立了良好的师生关系，得到他们的信任，我成为他们诉说心事的对象，我也是他们忠实的倾听者，借此及时进行正确的思想引导。
（四）、虚心求教认真吸取他人优点
在实习期间，除了教学实习和班主任工作，我在认真地写实习日志，对每节课都要反思。得与失都在我的心里很清楚，做到下一次少犯错误。在反省自的同时，也要向他人学习。我多去参加学校的讲课比赛现场听课，并做好听课记录。亲自去讲课比赛的现场，从那里我学到了许多有价值的东西。虚心听取别人的意见和批评。从他人身上学到了不少的东西，如不同的教学风格、班主任工作技巧等等。

1. Collect information
An important task in the graduation internship is to collect relevant information. In the process of collecting information, we should pay attention to being "targeted", that is, we should select targeted information based on our own design topic. The materials for a general graduation project can be divided into the following three categories:
(1) Professional materials: including professional references, data charts. These materials can be obtained from relevant domestic and foreign journals, conference proceedings, etc., as well as from production units.
(2) Tool materials: mainly materials used for auxiliary design of computer applications, such as sketching tools.
(3) Other information: including the historical background of the research topic, current research status at home and abroad, regulations, and writing skills for the paper. We should pay attention to the fact that not every data collected can serve as a basis for supporting design results. We should adhere to the principle of "eliminating falsehood and retaining truth, discarding coarse and selecting fine", select useful information and data based on our own knowledge, and verify their reliability and relevance. If conditions permit, we can also personally participate in the design and manufacturing of actual products. 3. Preliminary Design Proposal
After conducting in-depth engineering visits and inspections, we need to conduct principle analysis, establish feasible preliminary plans, establish corresponding mathematical models, and carry out necessary calculations and experiments for our graduation project topic. This task is arduous and tedious, requiring continuous revision of design results, re gathering of information, and even overturning existing plans.
The design of the preliminary plan is one of my main aspects, and I need to make great efforts in terms of product safety; The size is determined through in-depth analysis from the perspective of ergonomics; From an aesthetic perspective, explore from the perspective of the publics aesthetic views; In terms of appearance, changing the common design style requires a big breakthrough, innovative ideas that can be accepted and liked by most people; In terms of color environment, it can maintain coordination and make people see that it is a part of a beautiful environment.

The predecessor of the Engineering Training Center at Henan University of Technology was an on campus internship factory established during the period of the private Jiaozuo Institute of Technology. 5、 Internship Content
The mine lifting section is composed of lifting containers, lifting wire ropes, hoists (also known as winches), derricks, pulleys, and auxiliary equipment for loading and unloading. The lifting system includes vertical and inclined shafts. The coal and gangue mined underground are unloaded into the underground coal bin (ore bin) 2 through a tipper located in the underground parking room i. 1、搜集资料
毕业实习中的一项重要工作是收集相关资料，我们得充分利用各种渠道、方法和工具（如工具书、工程图、网络、刊物、实际测量、动手实验、工程参观、调查采访等）在资料搜集过程中，应注意做到“有的放矢”，即要根据自己的设计题目，有针对性地选择资料。 一般毕业设计的资料可分成以下三类：

5、编写毕业实习报告
做完上面的工作后，我们就需要及时的编写毕业实习报告。他是对实习工作的全面总结。毕业实习报告应有前言和目录，应有大小标题、层次、致谢、参考文献、附录等。内容应全面反映毕业实习工作，即反映资料搜集情况、工程实际参观考察情况、初步方案设计等。 编写实习报告，我们能够重现自己的实习经历，能够重新汇总资料情况。正所谓温故而知新，就会带来我们的设计灵感。认认真真的完成了实习报告后，我们就会对自己的题目有了彻底新的理解，自己即将设计出的产品就会有一个大的轮廓了。后面的实际设计工作就会变得轻松了。
二、毕业实习进度安排和指导书
我们在毕业实习的时候，首先得安排好实习进度表，其次，还要归纳整理好资料和指导书籍等工作。毕业实习中我们必须要有合理的时间安排。有了时间限制，我们才会有针对的去完成实习任务，有针对的去收集有关的.资料。实习是为毕业设计服务的，时间花得太多，后面的实际设计时间不够，花得太少，资料不全，信息不够，后面的设计会漏洞百出。没有规矩，不成方圆，只有合理的时间安排才能够有计划、有目的的进行好每一个环节。因此，不但毕业设计的进度表要有，而且毕业实习的进度表也要有。

四、毕业实习校工厂简介
河南理工大学工程训练中心的前身是私立焦作工学院时期成立的校内实习工厂。在学校近百年的办学历程中，中心继承和发扬“好学力行”的优良校风，不断改革、创新，现已发展成为一个立足本校、面向社会，以实践教学为主、集实践教学、科学研究、成果转化为一体，在省内外高校产生广泛辐射作用的综合性工程训练中心。
学校在扩大办学规模、全面进行新校区建设时，为满足“厚基础、宽口径、创新性、复合型”高素质人才培养的需要，以实习工厂为依托，整合了机械、材料、电气等相关实验教学资源，在新校区建设了工程训练中心。近五年来，学校先后投入资金4670万元，扩建后的工程训练中心占地32100平方米，建筑面积20800平方米，仪器、设备1158台件，年接待学生工程训练可达10000多人，面向全校理、工、管、文、经等59个专业，开设常规热加工技术、常规冷加工技术、数控加工技术、特种加工技术、电工与电子技术等训练课程22门、训练项目81个，成为校属综合性工程训练中心 ，20xx年被评为河南省实验教学示范中心建设单位。
五、实习内容
矿井提升段备是由提升容器、提升钢丝绳、提升机(又名绞车)、井架、天轮以及装卸载附属设备组成。提升系统有竖井和斜井提升，井下开采的煤炭和矸石通过位于井底车场室i中的翻车器卸入井下煤仓(矿仓)2内，通过装载设备的闸门3可将矿物装入停于井底的箕斗4中，此时另一箕斗7位于地面井架6的卸载曲轨8中。所卸出之煤炭矸石可通过地面矿仓9运走，两条提升的钢丝绳14，一端与箕斗相连，另—端则绕过井架上的天轮而引入至提升机房13，且以相反方向缠绕在提升机12上，启动提升机，可将位于井底且已经装载完毕的重载箕斗4经井筒提至地面。同时将位于地面卸载曲轨中且已卸载完毕的空载箕斗经井筒下放至井底，如此箕斗往复进行提升工作。
一个普通罐笼2位于井底车场进行装载，另一普通罐笼则正处于地面卸载水平。提升钢丝绳5一端接罐笼；另—端饶过位于井架6上的天轮4被固定在提升机3上，起动提升机后，位于井底且已装载完毕的重载罐笼经井筒1被提升至地面，同时位于地面卸载水平且巳卸载完毕的空罐笼被下放，如此往复完成提升工作，团中7为并架的支撑。
按工作原理的不同，矿井提升机可分为两类：
（1）单绳缠绕式提升机包括a单卷筒提升机b双卷筒提升机
（2）多绳摩擦式提升机
矿井提升机按工作原理：
—卷筒上缠上和缠下来实现容器的提升和下运动。提升机安装在地面提升机房里，钢丝绳一端固定在卷简上，另一端绕过天轮后悬挂提升容器。所示为单绳缠绕式单卷筒提升机，卷筒上固定两根钢丝绳，并应使每根钢丝绳在卷简上的缠绕方向相反。这样，当电动机经过减速器带动卷筒旋转时，两根钢丝绳便经过天轮在卷筒上缠上和缠下，从而使提升容器在井筒里上下运动。不难看出，单绳缠绕式提升机的一个根本特点和缺点是钢丝绳在卷筒上不断的缠上和缠下，这就要求卷筒必须具备一定的缠绕发面积，以便能容纳下根据井深或提升高度所确定的钢丝绳悬垂长度。

A portion of the hot air (primary air) enters the coal mill through the exhaust fan to heat and dry the coal powder, and together with the coal powder, enters the furnace through the burner; The other part (secondary air) enters the furnace directly through the burner to participate in combustion. Coal powder converts chemical energy into thermal energy during combustion in the furnace, releasing a large amount of heat. The high-temperature flue gas generated by combustion passes through the superheater, reheater, economizer, and air preheater arranged in the horizontal flue and tail flue of the furnace, and is finally discharged into the high-altitude atmosphere through dust removal equipment, induced draft fan, and chimney. The ash and incompletely burned carbon particles during combustion will fall into the slag hopper at the bottom of the furnace, and together with the fine ash removed from the dust collector, they will fall into the trench and be washed away by high-pressure water. As the working fluid, the feedwater is pressurized by the feedwater pump and sent to the boiler economizer through the high-pressure heater of the steam turbine. The feedwater absorbs the heat of the flue gas in the tail flue and enters the steam drum in the economizer, and then enters the water-cooled walls arranged on the four walls of the furnace through the downcomer arranged outside the furnace wall and the lower connecting box, absorbing the radiation heat during coal powder combustion. When the feedwater flows through the water-cooled wall, a portion of the water evaporates into steam and flows into the steam drum in the form of a mixture of steam and water. After separation in the Yangguizi package, the steam (saturated steam) enters the superheater for superheating, forming superheated steam. The superheated steam is sent to the steam turbine through the main steam pipe for power generation. For the middle stage of the steam turbine with tears in the eye, the superheated tears in the eye first enter the high-pressure cylinder for power generation, and then the steam discharged from the high-pressure cylinder is sent back to the boiler reheater for further superheating. Although there are many types of thermal power plants, from the perspective of energy conversion, their basic processes are the same, namely: chemical energy, thermal energy, mechanical energy, and electrical energy of fuel.

The coal for Xinhui Shuangshui Power Plant Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Huangpu Power Plant is shipped by sea, transported to the dock of the power plant and then unloaded to the coal yard.
（1） Coal transportation system and coal yard equipment:
(1) Unloading coal: The equipment includes loading and unloading bridges, door handles, and bridge handles. They all grab coal and put it into the unloading equipment.
(2) Coal yard: In order to meet the safety production needs of the power plant, a coal yard is set up to reserve a certain amount of coal. In the event of temporary interruption of external coal transportation, it can ensure the normal production of the power plant; It can also be used as a buffer when the boilers coal consumption and coal transportation are unbalanced; It can also serve as a pre blending and mixing site for different types of coal.
(3) Coal loading: The main function is to complete the transportation, crushing, screening, and metering of coal. The equipment includes: belt conveyor, coal screen, coal crusher, iron remover, wood removal equipment, electronic belt scale, etc.
（2） Flour milling system
The powder production system is divided into direct fired powder production system and intermediate storage powder production system. The direct fired coal powder system is a system in which the coal powder ground by the coal mill is directly blown into the furnace for combustion. The intermediate storage type powder making system is a powder making system in which the coal powder ground by the coal mill is first stored in the coal powder bin, and then according to the combustion needs of the boiler, the coal powder is sent from the coal powder bin to the combustion chamber of the boiler through the primary air duct of the powder feeder.
Preparation of coal powder: The equipment is a coal mill. Coal mills can be divided into low-speed coal mills, medium speed coal mills, and high-speed coal mills according to their rotational speed. The main working principle is that raw coal and air enter the coal mill cylinder. When the cylinder rotates, the wavy lining plate lifts the steel ball to a certain height and then falls down. The coal in the cylinder is not only impacted by the steel ball, but also squeezed and ground by the steel ball, and finally crushed into coal powder. The air has a drying effect on the raw coal and coal powder, while carrying the coal powder out of the coal mill through the outlet hopper.
2. Boiler
（1） Boiler is one of the three main equipment in thermal power plants, which converts water into high-temperature and high-pressure steam. A boiler is a device that combines the processes of fuel combustion, heat transfer, and vaporization of water.
The boilers of Xinhui Shuangshui Power Plant Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Huangpu Power Plant visited during this internship are circulating fluidized bed boilers and once through boilers, respectively.
Circulating fluidized bed boiler: A fixed grate furnace is a method of placing coal on a grate and introducing air from below the grate to burn the coal seam. Circulating fluidized bed boilers, on the other hand, increase the speed of air entering below the grate of the grate furnace, causing the coal particles on the grate to be blown up and suspended in boiling state for combustion. At the same time, the high-temperature flue gas is dedusted at the furnace outlet, and the collected fly ash with high carbon content is sent back to the furnace for combustion. The boiler that burns in this way is called a circulating fluidized bed boiler.
Direct flow boiler: refers to a boiler that relies on the pressure of the feed water pump to make the feed water pass through the economizer, evaporative heating surface (water-cooled wall), and superheater in sequence and all become superheated steam.
（2） Composition and layout of boiler equipment
The boiler equipment consists of two main parts: the boiler body and auxiliary equipment. These devices were seen and heard during our internship.
Boiler body part
(1) Steam water system ① economizer. The economizer is arranged in the area with lower flue gas temperature at the tail of the boiler. It is composed of several rows of serpentine tubes, with water flowing inside from the feed pump, absorbing heat from the flue gas, heating the water to saturation temperature, and then sending it into the steam drum Water cooled wall. The water-cooled wall is a vertical pipe arrangement arranged on the inner side of the furnace wall. It absorbs the radiation heat released after fuel combustion, heats the saturated water inside, and turns it into a mixture of steam and water to protect the furnace wall from being burned out, prevent slag from forming on the furnace wall, and prevent slag from corroding the furnace wall Steam drum. It is equipped with a steam water separator inside. In the soda cycle, it plays a central role. It has a large volume that can hold both water and steam Union box. There are upper and lower boxes. ⑤ Downward tube. It is a channel for supplying water from the steam drum to the lower header of the water-cooled wall, arranged outside the furnace wall, without heating or generating steam. It is a device that increases the temperature and internal energy of steam, consisting of a serpentine tube bank. It is arranged in the flue with higher smoke temperature after the furnace outlet Reheater. After the steam does work in the turbine, its pressure and temperature are greatly reduced, and it is sent to the reheater for heating, increasing its temperature and internal energy, and then returning to the low-pressure section of the turbine to do work, thereby improving thermal efficiency. It is usually arranged in a cross section with the superheater in the high-temperature zone of the flue.
(2) Combustion system ① air preheater. It is a device that heats air. Placed in the lower temperature areas of the flue, it can further reduce the temperature of the flue gas, feed heat loss, and improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler Jet burner. It is a combustion equipment for coal powder boilers Furnace and flue. The furnace wall is a large space enclosed by water-cooled wall tubes. There is a furnace wall on the outside of the water-cooled wall tubes, which seals the entire boiler from the outside. The flue is a flue gas channel enclosed by the furnace wall, which guides the flue gas from the furnace outlet into the dust collector as required.

4. Steam turbine
This semester, we happened to study the course of turbine principles, and the internship gave us a more intuitive experience of turbines. Theory and reality are not the same. During my internship, I compared and understood the knowledge I gained in class with the explanations of the power plant masters, which further deepened my understanding of steam turbines.
（1） A steam turbine is a rotary thermal power machine that uses steam as the working fluid. Its main purpose is to serve as the prime mover for power generation. The steam turbine must be combined with a complete set of mechanical equipment such as boilers, generators, condensers, heaters, pumps, etc. to work together. Steam with a certain pressure and temperature comes from the boiler, enters the turbine through the main air valve and regulating air valve, and flows through a series of annular nozzle and moving blade grilles to expand and do work, converting its thermal energy into mechanical work that drives the turbine rotor to rotate, and drives the generator to do work through the coupling. In thermal power plants, the expanded steam is introduced into the condenser through the exhaust of the turbine, and the cooling water releases heat and condenses. The condensed water is then pumped to the heater for heating and used as boiler feed water for circulating operation.
A steam turbine consists of a stationary part and a rotating part. The stationary parts include cylinders, nozzles and baffles, seals, bearings, etc. The rotor consists of a main shaft, impeller, blades on the impeller, and other components, and is an important part of a steam turbine.
The following is the structural diagram of the steam turbine:
Steam turbines are divided into two categories based on their working principles: impulse turbines and reaction turbines. The nozzle cascade and its matching moving blade cascade form the most basic working unit stage in a steam turbine, and different stages are connected in series to form a multi-stage steam turbine. Steam undergoes energy conversion in different ways in the stage, forming steam turbines with different working principles, namely impulse turbines and reaction turbines.
(1) Impulse turbine. It mainly consists of impulse stages, where steam expands mainly in the nozzle cascade and only slightly in the moving blade cascade.
(2) Reactionary turbine. It mainly consists of reaction stages, and steam has a relatively moderate expansion in both the stationary and moving blades of the steam turbine.
（2） Auxiliary equipment of steam turbine
The auxiliary equipment of a steam turbine includes a condenser, a reheat heater, a deaerator, a feedwater pump, and a condensate pump.
(1) Condenser: Its function is to cool the exhaust steam of the steam turbine and condense it into water, thereby establishing and maintaining a high vacuum at the exhaust port of the steam turbine.
(2) Regenerative heater: Setting a regenerative heater is to reduce cold source loss and improve efficiency. Its function is to use steam extracted from certain intermediate stages of the steam turbine to heat the main condensate and boiler feedwater. Regenerative heaters are divided into high-pressure heaters (heaters after the feedwater pump) and low-pressure heaters (heaters between the condensate pump and the deaerator), and their structures are basically the same.
（3） Deaerator: Its working principle is that under a certain pressure, the higher the temperature of water, the lower the solubility of gas, and vice versa, the higher the solubility of gas. The higher the partial pressure of gas on the water surface, the greater its solubility, and conversely, the lower its solubility.
5. Generator
（1） Steam turbine generator
Its basic working principle: According to the law of electromagnetic induction, the wire cuts the magnetic field lines and induces an electromotive force. The most basic components of a generator are the stator and rotor.
(1) The stator is composed of iron core, stator winding, machine base, end cover, and bearings.
(2) The rotor is mainly composed of the rotor core, excitation winding, protective ring, and fan.
6. Comparison of two power plants
1. The boiler used by XXX Power Plant Co., Ltd. is a circulating fluidized bed boiler; The boilers at Guangzhou Huangpu Power Plant are once through boilers. A once through boiler does not have a steam drum and can be used for all pressures. The water-cooled wall layout is relatively flexible and the adjustment reaction is fast.
2. XXX Power Plant seeks cluster development and introduces paper making bases; Huangpu Power Plant is a key power plant in Guangzhou and holds an important position.
3. The employees of XXXX power plant demand all-round development, which requires them to continue training after entering the factory. This increases training costs, but improves employee quality and reduces the burden of employment.
3、Internship gains and experiences:
The two-week internship ended quickly, although it was not long, it had already benefited us students a lot. Through this internship, I gained an overall understanding of thermal power plants and gained a systematic and comprehensive understanding of the basic structure, working principles, and performance of the main production equipment in thermal power plants. The structure inside the power plant is complex, with numerous equipment, and it is only when facing the power plant that one realizes how little knowledge they have. In school, we all seem to know what a boiler is like, but when it comes to power plants facing boilers dozens of meters high, we dont understand anymore. All we see are pipes, as if power plants are built with pipes. I dont understand how those pipelines are routed or arranged at all. Learning is endless. If you know your shortcomings, make up for them. If you know your ignorance, continue learning. You should work hard in school now and continue learning in the future when you arrive in the society.
This internship has given me a deeper understanding of my major and provided me with necessary sensory knowledge and foundational knowledge for the subsequent study of professional courses. In todays rapidly advancing technology, in order to achieve success, one must constantly learn, their knowledge, broaden their horizons, apply what they have learned, and apply knowledge to practice.
大学的时光过得很快乐，现在大三的学习旅程就快结束了，大学的第二次实习也来临了。这次实习我们是去XXX发电厂有限公司和广州黄埔电厂。大学的实习机会没多少次，很难得，也很重要。机会总是要自己把握的，把握好了实习机会，重视了实习，实习中善于思考，把所学知识跟实际结合，就能提升自己的见识，就能扩宽自己的视野，就能提高自己的学习能力。
就像第一次实习那样，我充分做好实习准备，准备好问题，准备好思考。在实习前一个星期，我在图书馆阅读了大量关于火力发电厂的书，还了解了水力发电、核能发电等。这实习前的准备就让我获益匪浅了。
一、实习目的及任务
生产实习是热能与动力工程专业教学计划中的重要组成部分，是一个重要的实践性教学环节。它是在学生基本完成专业基础课程学习，并已通过了《金工实习》、《认识实习》和《电工电子技术实训》等实践教学环节的锻炼以后进行的。它是课堂教学的必要补充,也是实践教学环节的延伸，是贯彻理论联系实际原则，使认识进一步深化的过程，同时也是学生在校学习期间接触和了解社会,了解企业的重要途径，是学生向工人学习的机会，也是毕业后参加实际工作的一次预演。它为实现专业培养目标起着重要作用。在生产实习中，学生应深入生产现场，认真实习，获取直接知识，巩固所学理论。其主要教学目的有：
1.通过参加实际生产工作，灵活运用已学的理论知识解决实际问题，培养学生独立分析问题和解决问题的能力。
2.实习过程中，学生不断学习广大工人和现场技术人员的优秀品质，树立刻苦钻研科学技术为祖国现代化多作贡献的思想。
3.通过火电厂的生产实习，应熟练掌握火力发电厂热力过程的基本原理，整个发电过程的工艺流程。
4.通过火电厂的生产实习，理解火力发电过程中电厂集控运行系统及输配电方法。
5.通过火电厂的生产实习，了解从事电力生产、电力安装和电力设计所必需具备的基本知识和能力
6.通过火电厂的生产实习，收集与本专业相关的技术资料并认真分析，为后续的专业课程学习和毕业设计做准备。
二、总休认识
(一)火电厂的基本生产流程
见下图火电厂发电过程示意图：
烯煤由安装在斜棚内的皮带输煤机送到原煤斗，再送入磨煤机制成煤粉，经排粉风机送入锅炉燃烧。煤粉燃烧时所需要的空气由送风机送至布置在锅炉尾部的空气预热器加热。热空气的一部分(一次风)通过排粉风机进入磨煤机，用以加热、干燥煤粉，连同煤粉一同经燃烧器进入炉膛;另一部分(二次风)经燃烧器直接进入炉膛参与燃烧。煤粉在炉膛燃烧时将化学能转化为热能，放出大量热量。燃烧所产生的高温烟气从炉膛依次通过布置在炉顶水平烟道和尾部烟道的过热器、再热器、省煤器和空气预热器，最后经除尘设备、引风机、烟囱排放到高空大气中。燃烧中的灰份及未完全燃烧的炭粒将落到炉膛底部的渣斗内，同从除尘器中除下的细灰一起落入地沟被高压水冲走，经灰浆泵最后送灰场。
作为工质的给水由给水泵升压后经汽轮机高压加热器送至锅炉省煤器，给水在省煤器中吸收尾部烟道貌岸然中烟气的热量后进入汽包，然后从布置在炉墙外的下降管经下连箱进入布置在炉膛四壁的水冷壁，吸收煤粉燃烧时的辐射热。给水流经水冷壁时，有一部分水蒸发成蒸汽，并以汽水混全物的形式流入汽包。汽水混合物在洋鬼子包中经分离后，蒸汽(饱和蒸汽)进入过热器进行过热后形成过热蒸汽。过热蒸汽由主蒸汽管送入汽轮机作功，对于中间再热泪盈眶汽轮机来说，过热泪盈眶蒸汽首先进入高压缸作功，然后从高压缸排出的蒸汽又送回锅炉再热器进行再过热，在温度提高到和新蒸汽相同温度后再送汽轮机中、低压缸继续膨胀做功，带动发电机发电。在汽轮机中作过功的泛汽最后排入凝汽器凝结成水，并流入凝汽器底部的热井，经凝结水泵、低压加热泪盈眶器送入除氧器除氧后落入水箱，重新由给水泵升压后送锅炉吸热泪盈眶，以循环使用。
火电厂的种类虽然很多，但从能量转换的观点分析，其基本过程都是相同的，即：燃料的化学能热能机械能电能。
(二)火电厂的几大组成组成：
火电厂是利用煤、石油、天然气或其他燃料的化学能生产电能的工厂。主要组成部分有：
(1)锅炉及附属设备，确保燃料的化学能转化为热能。
(2)汽轮机及附属设备，确保热能变为机械能。
(3)发电机及励磁机，确保机械能变为电能。
(4)主变压器，把电能提升为高压电输送给输电线路。
1、燃料系统
我国的煤炭资源丰富，故我国火电厂的燃料主要是煤。电厂的`燃煤量是很大的，因此火电厂都设有运量大、机械化自动化程度高的燃煤运输系统。
新会双水发电厂有限公司和广州黄埔电厂的燃煤都是船运的，把煤运到电厂的码头再卸到煤场去。
(一)输煤系统及煤场设备：
(1)、卸煤：设备有装卸桥、门抓及桥抓。都是把煤抓出，放到要放受卸设备。
(2)、煤场：为了电厂厂安全生产的需要，设置煤场，储备一定数量的煤，在外来运煤暂中断的情况下，能保证电厂正常生产;也可用于当锅炉燃煤量与运煤量不均衡时起缓冲作用;又可作为不同煤种的先配与混全场地。
(3)、上煤：主要作用是完成煤的输送、破碎、筛分、分计量等。设备有：带式运输机、煤筛、碎煤机、除铁器、除木块设备、电子皮带称等。
(二)制粉系统
制粉系统分直吹式制粉系统和中间储仓式制粉系统。直吹式制粉系统是磨煤机磨出的煤粉直接吹入炉膛燃烧。中间储仓式制粉系统是磨煤机磨好的煤粉先储存在煤粉仓中，然后再根据锅炉燃烧需要，煤粉从煤粉仓经给粉机|一次风管送入锅炉燃烧室燃烧的制粉系统。
煤粉的制备：设备是磨煤机。磨煤机按转速可分为低速磨煤机、中速磨煤机和高速磨煤机。主要的工作原理是：原煤和空气进入磨煤机筒体内，当筒体转动时，波浪型的衬板将钢球提到一定高度，然后落下，煤在筒体内既受到钢球的撞击，同时又受到钢球的挤压和碾磨，最终被破碎成煤粉。空气对原煤和煤粉起干革命燥作用，同时将煤粉通过出口料斗带出磨煤机。
2、锅炉
(一)锅炉是火力发电厂的三大主要设备之一，他的作用是将水变成高温高压的蒸汽。锅炉是进行燃料燃烧、传热和使水汽化三种过程的总和装置。
这次实习参观的新会双水发电厂有限公司和广州黄埔电厂它们的锅炉分别是循环流化床锅炉和直流锅炉。
循环流化床锅：固定炉排炉是将煤放置在炉排上，从炉排下方通入空气，使煤层燃烧。而循环流化床锅炉，则是将炉排炉的炉排下方送入空气的速度提高，使炉排上的煤粒被吹起呈沸腾状态悬浮燃烧。同时在炉膛出口，将高温烟气进行除尘，并将收集到的含碳量较多的飞灰送回炉膛再燃烧。采用这种方式燃烧的锅炉叫循环流化床锅炉。
直流锅炉：是指靠给水泵压力，使给水顺序通过省煤器、蒸发受热面(水冷壁)、过热器并全部变为过热水蒸气的锅炉。
(二)锅炉设备的构成及布置
锅炉设备由锅炉本体和辅助设备两大部分组成。这些设备在我们实习期间所看到听到的。
锅炉本体部分
(1)汽水系统①省煤器。省煤器布置在锅炉尾部烟道烟温较低的区域。它是由若干排蛇形管构成，其内部流动着从给水泵来的水，吸收烟气中的热量，把水加热到饱和温度后送入汽包。②水冷壁。水冷壁是布置在炉膛墙壁四周内侧垂直的管排。它既吸收燃料燃烧后放出的辐射热，加热其内部的饱和水，使之变为汽水混合物，以对炉墙起保护作用而不被烧坏，防止炉墙结渣，避免熔渣对炉墙的侵蚀。③汽包。其内部装有汽水分离器。在汽水循环中，它起中枢作用。它有较大的容积，既容水又容汽。④联箱。有上联箱和下联箱。⑤下降管。它是汽包向水冷壁下联箱供水的通道，布置在炉墙外边，不受热，不产生蒸汽⑥过热器。是提高蒸汽温度啬蒸汽内能的设备，由蛇形管排构成。它布置在炉膛出口后烟温较高的烟道中。⑦再热器。蒸汽在汽轮机做功后，压力和温度大大降低，送入再热器加热，提高其温度啬其内能后，返回汽轮机的低压段做功，从而提高热效率。它一般与过热器交叉布置在烟道的高温区。
(2)燃烧系统①空气预热器。是加热空气的设备。布置在烟道中烟温较低的部位，可进一步降低烟气温度，养活热损失，提高锅炉热效率。②喷燃器。是煤粉锅炉的燃烧设备。③炉膛及烟道。炉墙是由水冷壁管围起来的大空间，在水冷壁管外侧有炉墙，炉墙把整个锅炉封闭与外部隔开。烟道是由炉墙围起来的烟气通道，把炉膛出口的烟气按要求引入除尘器。

4、汽轮机
这学期我们刚好学习了汽轮机原理这门课程，实习让我们更加直观的感受了汽轮机。理论跟现实是不大一样的，实习中我把上课获得的知识和电厂师傅们的说解对比理解，对汽轮机又有了进一步的了解。
(一)汽轮机是以蒸汽为工质的旋转式热能动力机械，汽轮机的主要用途是作为发电用的原动机。汽轮机必须与锅炉、发电机、以及凝汽器、加热器、泵等机械设备组成成套装置，共同工作。具有一定压力和温度的蒸汽来自锅炉，经主气阀和调节气阀进入汽轮机内，一次流过一系列环形安装的喷嘴栅和动叶栅而膨胀做功，将其热能转换成推动汽轮机转子旋转的机械功，通过联轴器驱动发电机做功。在火电厂中，膨胀做工后的蒸汽有汽轮机排气部分被引入冷凝器，冷却水放热而凝结。凝结水再经泵输送至加热器中加热后作为锅炉给水，循环工作。
汽轮机包括静止部分和转动部分。静止部分包括汽缸、喷嘴及隔板、汽封、轴承等。转子由大轴、叶轮、叶轮上的叶片及其他一些部件组成，是汽轮机的重要组成部分。
下图为汽轮机的结构图：
汽轮机按工作原理分为两类：冲动式汽轮机和反动式汽轮机。喷嘴栅和与其相配的动叶栅组成汽轮机中最基本的工作单元级，不同的级顺序串联构成多级汽轮机。蒸汽在级中以不同方式进行能量转换，便形成不同工作原理的汽轮机，即冲动式汽轮机和反动式汽轮机。
(1)冲动式汽轮机。主要有冲动级组成，在级中蒸汽基本上在喷嘴栅中膨胀，在动叶栅中只有少量膨胀。
(2)反动式汽轮机。主要有反动级组成，蒸汽在汽轮机的静叶栅和动叶栅中都有相当适度的膨胀。
(二)汽轮机的辅助设备
汽轮机的辅助设备包括凝汽器、回热加热器、除氧器、给水泵和凝结水泵等。
(1)凝汽器：它的作用是冷却汽轮机乏汽并使其凝结成水，从而在汽轮机排汽口建立并保持高度真空。
(2)回热加热器：设置回热加热器是为了减少冷源损失，提高效率。它的作用是利用从汽轮机的某些中间级抽出部分做过功的蒸汽，加热主凝结水和锅炉给水。回热加热器有高压加热器(给水泵后的加热器)和低压加热器(凝结水泵与除氧器之间的加热器)之分，其结构基本相同。
(三)除氧器：它的工作原理是：在一定压力下，水的温度越高，气体的溶解度越小，反之气体的溶解度就越大。同时气体在水面的分压力越高，其溶解度就越大，反之，其溶解度也越低。
5、发电机
(一)汽轮发电机
它的基本工作原理：按照电磁感应定律，导线切割磁力线感应出电动势。发电机最基本的组成部件是：定子和转子。
(1)定子由铁芯、定子绕组、机座、端盖及轴承等组成。
(2)转子主要由转子铁芯、励磁绕组、护环和风扇等组成。
6、两电厂对比
1、XXX发电厂有限公司的锅炉采用的是循环流化床锅炉;广州黄埔电厂的锅炉是用直流锅炉。直流锅炉是没有汽包部分的，可用于一切压力，水冷壁布置较自由，调节反应快。
2、XXX发电厂寻求集群发展，引进造纸基地;黄埔电厂是广州的重点电厂，有着重要地位。
3、XXXX电厂的员工要求全能发展，这就要求员工进厂后要继续培训，这增加了培训费用，但提高了员工素质，减少了用人负担。
三、实习收获与体会：
两周的实习时间很快就结束了，时间虽然不长，但对于我们学生来说已经受益匪浅了。通过这次实习，我从总体上认识了火力发电厂，切实对火力发电厂主要生产设备的基本结构、工作原理及性能等有一个系统、全面的了解。电厂里面结构复杂，设备繁多，面对电厂才知自己的知识是多么的少。在学校学习我们都似乎知道锅炉是怎样的，但到了电厂面对几十米高的锅炉，自己就不懂了，看到的都是管道，似乎电厂就是用管道建成的。那些管道是怎样走的怎样布置的，这些我一点都不懂。学习是无止境的，知道自己的不足，就补过来，知道自己的无知，就继续学习，现在在学校应努力学，将来到了社可以继续学。
此次实习,让我对自己的专业有更深层次的认识，并为后续专业课程的学习提供必要的感性认识和基础知识。当今技术日新月异，要想有所成就，就必须不断学习，不断更新自己的知识，拓宽知识面，学以致用，把知识应用于实际。

After checking for accuracy, connect the power matching fuse to the knife switch, install the light bulb, the power plug into the laboratory power socket, close the knife switch, pull the pull switch, and check if the light bulb is on.

四、实习步骤
先把闸刀开关、吊线盒、拉线开关预置的位置固定好。
闸刀开关的安装，必须使闸刀向上推时为闭合状态，不可倒装。
拉线开关必须与火线串接，螺口灯头的螺旋套必须与零线连接。灯头和吊线盒接线时裸铜丝不能外露，以防短路和触电。
闸刀开关的进线端用插头接线，接线时注意不要使连接插头的两根导线的裸露部分相互接触而发生短路现象。
经检查无误后，在闸刀开关上接好功率相配的保险丝，装上灯泡后将电源插头插入实验室电源插座内，将闸刀开关合上，拉动拉线开关，看灯泡是否发光。
用试电笔测试你的开关是否接在火线上，如果没有，可将电源插头调向。 将插头取下，拆除电路。
五、注意事项
电度表应垂直于地面安装。
在拆除电路时，应首先将总电源断开，方能动手拆除电路。
严禁带电操作，以防触电事故发生。
六、小结
在早上做照明电路的基础上，这次我们做电度表配电电路的安装和调试，总体来说就是在照明电路的基础上加了电度表和空气开关，不过在接线上要注意接线的顺序和位置，零线接哪，火线又接哪。看懂电路图是安装好电路的基础，所以在加强动手能力的同时还要结合理论知识。

顶岗实习就是安排学生离校走入工作一线，进行劳动锻炼。顶岗，顾名思义，是在生产一线的诸多岗位，从事生产性劳动。在实习中我们要学习什么了：
一、转变观念。转变观念就是让我们从大学生活、学习中切换到现实社会中去。高职培养学生的目标是贴合社会要求的技术性、应用性人才，如：基层领导、技术员、工程师、高级技工。要适应社会的要求，首先就要在思想观念上适应社会，了解社会对高职大学生的要求，特别是职业素养上应当具备哪些以利做到缺什么补什么。这就是我们在实习中要做到的。

一、实习目的

四、实习基本要求：
1、学生在实习企业务必遵守企业的各种规章制度和相应的劳动纪律，不能无故请假和擅离岗位。有特殊状况需要请假或改变实习企业的务必征得实习企业和指导教师的同意。
2、学生在实习期间务必严格遵守岗位操作规程和安全管理制度，严防工作职责事故和人身安全事故的发生。
3、务必遵纪守法，模范遵守公民的社会公德，不得从事法律法规、厂纪厂规、校纪校规所不允许的各项活动。

2)、设备上与外界连通的管道，孔等均应与外界有效的隔离
3)、进入设备内作业前，务必对设备内进行清洗和置换
4)、应采取措施，保持设备内空气良好
5)、作业前30分钟内，务必对设备内气体采取采样分析，采样应有代表性
6)、进入不能到达清洗和置换要求的设备内作业时，务必采取相应的防护措施
7)、在容器内工作时因照明良好，照明用电应小于等于36v的防爆型灯具
8)、多工种，多层次交叉作业应采取互相之间避免伤害的措施，并且搭设安全梯或是安全平台，比要时由监护人用安全绳栓作业人员进行施工
9)、设备内作业务必有专人监护，并应有入抢救的措施及有效保护手段
10)、《设备内安全作业证》由施工单位负责办理，该项目的`负责人或是技术员填写作业证，上检修作业单位应填写的各项资料。
(二)流水线生产特点的简要介绍：顾名思义，流水线就是团体的工作，每个员工务必认真的做好自己的工作，因为整个流水线的每个工序都是紧密联系的，可能会因为某个工序的错误而造成整个流水线生产出来的产品为废品。
(三)学习和了解机床的结构型式、结构种类和作用。
(四)学习和了解工厂车间的生产组织管理状况，生产工艺等等。
(五)实习期间进行了社会主义、爱国主义教育、进行爱劳动、守纪律教育，进行安全教育。
六、实习过程
1、安全教育
在实习开始时，学校组织我们到公司由专业人士对我们进行安全教育，讲解了安全问题的重要性和在实习中所要遇到的种种危险和潜在的危险等等。
2、车间实习
我们在车间实习是生产实习的主要方式。我们按照实习计划在指定的车间进行实习，通过观察、分析计算以及向车间工人和技术人员请教，圆满完成了规定的实习资料。
3、理论与实际的结合为了能够更加深入的进行车间实习，在实习过程中，我们结合了所学的书本知识与实习的要求，将理论与实际进行了完美的结合，也更加的促使我们不断地进行学习与研究。
4、实习工作总结
在实习中，我们将每一天的工作、观察研究的结果、收集的资料和图表、所听报告资料等均记入到了实习日记中。随时理解老师们的检查与批改。
七、其它活动
在完成好我们所实习业务资料的同时，常常利用现场学习的机会，开展向社会、向工人和工程技术人员实习的活动。在空余时间里还组织球赛、踢毽子、乒乓球等活动，并加强进行思想政治教育活动等等。
八、实习感悟
生产实习是我们学院为培养高素质工程技术人才安排的一个重要实践性教学环节，是将学校教学与生产实际相结合，理论与实践相联系的重要途径。其目的是使我们通过实习在专业知识和人才素质两方面得到锻炼和培养，从而为毕业后走向工作岗位尽快成为业务骨干打下良好基础。

我在酒店行政酒廊实习，岗前经过两次培训：先培训我们掌握本集团的发展过程和管理理念，以及本单位的整体工作环境和酒店情况；然后针对自己实习岗位工作的内容进行系统培训。
岗位培训主要教我们每天不同班次的工作流程：包括本部门相关物品的使用及其规定的摆放位置，练习常用咖啡和酒水做法，常见突发状况处理，早班开档，按规定摆好早餐餐具，早餐对客服务程序，如何满足客人用餐需求，早会，收洗餐具，中班换布草，摆放好Happy Hour餐具，故事记录，对客服务细节，盘点物品开单领货，收档关门等。
当然，具体工作没有书面列举这样具体简单，工作是复杂而具有多变性的，必须在每天实习工作中不断强化练习和补充。通过每天实习，熟练掌握工作要领，强化服务意识，学到了许多餐饮服务知识和对客经验，以及如何处理许多酒店客人要求的状况，懂得了许多酒店、服务、工作内容、职场上许多有用的小细节，提前探索了一些职场和社会经验。许多酒店内部运作，各部门工作以及本部与其他部门的分工合作关系都是在不断的实习积累中逐渐了解的。
刚接触酒店实习工作，觉得很吃力，酒店结构很复杂，职场上的同事不好相处，上司很严厉还不教给我们工作知识，酒店制度福利也不好，还犯了许多错误，受到过各种严厉批评，这让我感到很沮丧，觉得自己什么都做不好，笨手笨脚，甚至觉得自己不适合这份工作，开始质疑自己的专业和就业目标，觉得实际工作跟平时在学校学习的知识一点关系也没有，产生了为什么要浪费时间读大学这种思想。我开始思考，我觉得自己不能总是这样，我要改变一下自己，端正自己的心态，找出自己的原因。通过一段时间的适应调整，勤奋学习，我逐渐适应了实习生活，跟同事相处的也很不错，对工作掌握也熟练了，对酒店更加了解了，也不会再老是犯错了，这让我的自信心再次树立起了，也让我掌握了很多好的学习方法，提高了我的适应能力，通过这段时间的学习，让我学会在实际工作中运用专业知识，甚至针对本部门提过一些建议，受到了主管的采纳和应用，提高了本部门的工作效率。同时还学习到了很多对自己许多方面有用的东西。

1、 Basic Overview of Internship
As a junior student majoring in Tourism English, I am honored to participate in the internship arranged by the school during my junior year. It has been almost half a year since I applied to xxx Hotel, and in the blink of an eye, my internship is also coming to an end. Xxx Hotel is positioned as one of the most luxurious and elegant hotels in Hainan Island, with 518 spacious and comfortable rooms and suites. All guest rooms and suites have an elegant atmosphere and luxurious taste, while retaining the unique customs and traditions of Hainan, bringing guests the ultimate perfect vacation experience. Each room or suite is equipped with a balcony with a panoramic view of the natural scenery of the golf course and resort area.
3、 Internship materials and process
I was assigned to the front desk of a hotel through an interview and obtained a position as a front desk receptionist. When I reported to the department with the employees appointment letter, I felt very uneasy and didnt understand if I could be competent for this job. The hotel front desk is the facade of a hotel, the place where guests form their first impression of the hotel, and the department that first influences guests and provides services. The efficiency and profit creation of a hotel basically start from the hotel front desk.
Therefore, hotels have relatively high requirements for front desk staff, including their image, etiquette, basic qualities, communication and understanding potential, etc. The hotel front desk is like a distribution center for hotel information. It can be said that the front desk services basically cover all the service items that the hotel can provide. Therefore, in order to provide satisfactory and thoughtful service to guests, the service staff at the hotel front desk need to have sufficient understanding of the operation of various departments of the hotel.
In my studies, I have gained a deeper understanding and practical experience of basic front desk operations such as check-in and check-out for hotel guests. The work of the front desk mainly includes receiving guests, selling rooms and hotel facilities, checking in, checking out, and settling expenses. Of course, this also includes answering questions for guests, transferring phone calls and items, exchanging foreign currency, and other work. In addition, as the department that guests can most directly contact, the front desk often selects the department that guests can most easily access, rather than the corresponding department, for their requests. 三、实习资料及过程
我通过面试被分配到前厅部酒店前台工作，拥有了一份前台接待员的工作，拿着员工上任通知书到部门报到的时候，我的心里十分忐忑，我不明白我能否胜任这份工作。酒店前台是一个酒店的门面，是客人对酒店构成第一印象的地方，是最先对客人产生影响并做出服务的部门。一家酒店的效率以及利润的创造，基本上都是从酒店前台开始的。
因而，酒店对前台员工的要求都会比较高，包括员工的形象、礼仪礼貌、基本素质、沟通理解潜力等。酒店前台就像是酒店信息的集散中心，能够说，前台的服务基本涵盖了酒店所能够带给的所有的服务项目，所以为了给客人带给满意周到的服务，酒店前台的服务人员需要对酒店的各个部门的运作都有足够的了解。
在学习中，我对酒店客人如何登记入住和结账退房等的一些基本的前台日常操作有了较为深入的了解并进行了实际操作。前台的工作主要包括接待来客、销售客房及酒店设施、入住登记、退房及费用结算，当然，这当中也包括了为客人答疑，电话转接及物品转交，兑换外币等工作。另外，前台作为客人最能够直接接触的部门，很多时候，客人的要求并不会针对对应的部门提出，而是选取他们最容易接触到的部门——前台。比方说，客人房间缺块毛巾、吹风机坏了，比方说，客人想在中餐厅订一个包厢，客人很可能想不到去直接跟客房部或者餐饮部沟通，而是选取直接打电话到前台，所以前台还要作为整个酒店的协调中枢进行工作，显而易见，前台的工作量是很大的。海南的旅游旺季是在冬季，所以自己实习以来酒店就进入了特别忙的阶段，酒店的入住率也常常居高不下。很多时候，前台都处在十分忙碌的状态，团队接待或者退房时间比较集中的时候，难免要同时要应对四五位甚至更多位的客人，电话在不停地响，小孩子的尖叫哭闹，脾气不好的客人无端地发火、叫骂，即便在这种状态之下，我们还是要微笑着接待每一位客人，尽最大的努力为客人带给优质的服务，不得不说，耐心和细心是酒店每个员工都务必具备的东西。常言道：“顾客就是上帝”、“客人永远是对的”，这些是酒店行业周知的经营格言。
四、实习总结及体会
也许，在外人看来，酒店前台的工作很简单，不可否认，以前我也这么认为，事实上，这工作周而复始又琐碎繁杂。在这近半年时间里，我发现要想走出学校步入社会拥有一份工作，首先要做的就是端正自己的心态，拥有一个社会人该有的心态。作为一个成年人，要有担当，有职责心，并懂得自己为自己的行为买单。对于自己的工作，无论繁重抑或清闲，要积极主动地学习，认真努力地完成；对于失误，要自己去应对，主动承担，而不是逃避。作为一个初出茅庐的新人，我在前台的工作中不可避免地犯过很多错误，好在领导和同事也没有很责怪，给我安慰、鼓励和极大的包容，这让我十分感动。
（一）成绩与收获
这些日子我学到了很多东西，除了学习到一些酒店前台基本的服务技能和服务常识之外，更学习到了应对就业该如何转换自己的主角，如何调整自己的心态，如何处理好自己的.利益和工作单位的利益、如何处理好同事之间的关系和上下级之间的关系，也让我了解到作为一个服务人员就应具有怎样的服务意识。

五、实习总结

在手工模拟中，由于我们是第一次接触会计账簿和报表，出现了许多错误，也浪费了一些账簿和报表，但我们知道了如何去填写以及在填写过程中应注意的问题，在上机中也深有体会，稍有错误，就会产生很大的误差，报表很难平衡。同时我也体会到细心谨慎的重要性，从事会计工作，真是半点都马虎不得，尤其是自己真正从事这份工作时，虽说会计实际上就是记账，看上去有点像小学生都会做的事，可重复量如此大的工作如果没有一定的.耐心和细心是很难胜任的，因为一出错并不是随便用笔涂了或是用橡皮擦涂了就算的，不像在学校，错了还可以用刀片把它刮掉，在企业里，每一个步骤会计制度都是有严格要求的，例如说：写错数字就要用红笔划横线，再盖上责任人的章，这样才能作废；写错摘要栏，则可以用蓝笔画横线并在旁边写上正确的摘要，而且摘要一定要靠左写起不能空格，以防止摘要栏被人任意篡改；对于数字的书写也有严格的要求，自己一定要清晰端正，按格填写，不能东倒西歪，并且记账时要清楚每一明细分录及总账名称，不能乱写，否则总帐的借贷双方就不能持平。如此繁琐的程序不该有一丁点儿马虎，毕竟不是做作业或考试时出错了就扣分而已，也不是实习时只是表面的数据，而是关乎一个企业的账务，也关乎自己所承担的责任。
上机操作也是很重要的一部分，由于时代的发展，社会的进步，计算机已经是会计工作中不可缺少的工具，使用计算机可以快速的完成算账的工作，使用软件也可以省很多事情。然而，不论是手工还是上机，都要全神贯注，处处要小心，要谨慎。

20xx年10月9日，我怀着无比兴奋的心情和队友来到位于广西钦州市新华路北的广西钦州市第一中学，开始了将近一个月的教育实习。我所在实习班级是1211班，实习期间的点点滴滴、酸甜苦辣，让我体验到了作为一个“人类灵魂工程师”的崇高与艰辛。在实习学校，我时刻牢记“德才并育，知行合一”的校训，一直以教师的身份严格要求自己，处处注意言行和仪表，努力做好实习工作；同时，作为实习生的一员，一直紧记实习守则，遵守实习学校的规章制度，尊重实习学校的领导和老师，尊重带队老师，虚心听取他们的意见，学习他们的经验，主动完成实习学校布置的任务。20xx年11月6日，整个实习工作落下了帷幕，下面就是我对这次实习的一个总结：
二、实习的主要内容
（一）教学工作方面
1、听课
怎样上好每一节课，是整个实习过程的重点。而刚开始的一两个礼拜的主要任务是听课。这期间，我听了指导老师（张语薇老师）及罗老师和洛老师的课。听课时，认真记好笔记，重点注意老师的上课方式，上课思想及与自己思路不同的部分，同时注意学生的反应，吸收老师的优点。同时简单记下自己的疑惑，想老师为什么这样讲；随后，我也听了本组成员其他同学的课，并且对一些比较优秀的教学方法及思路进行记录，并对比别的班级学生和自己班级学生有什么样的不同，最后再课外关于这堂课的一些意见和建议写在听课记录旁，并且同任课老师进行交流。
2、备课
在实习之前，我已经根据实习学校所给的进度备好了所需要上的课，但“计划赶不上变化”，到达实习学校后才发现实际进度并没有那么快，而且备课不是简单地看教材，而是认真地梳理教材的内容并想方设法地用自己的语言表述出来。单是这个重新复述的过程就已经很考验我们的能力了，不但要用严谨且通俗易懂的语言来描述枯燥的化学知识，而且还要设法把它上得有趣味，让学生感兴趣，这颇让我头痛。所以在上课之前更是花了大量的精力去找资料，准备教具，写教案和制作PPT，每一样都是改了又改，直到自己认为能教好的符合班级情况为止，这样才交给指导老师审批，在指导老师的批改和建议下再做修改，修改好后，与小组成员及带队老师进行多次的试教，吸取老师及同学好的建议，以确保在上课的时候让学生易听懂，且乐意去听。
3、上课
在我上第一节课前，指导老师提醒我说，讲台下坐着的不再是与你一起在微格教室训练的同学，而是真正的学生，他们可能不会像你的同学那样，准确无误地答出问题，也可能不会那么踊跃的举手发言，他们需要真正的思考或等待着我们的解答，在听不明白的时候，会突然提问或者干脆就趴在桌子上看书或睡觉。还可能会出现讲小话，做小动作的学生。所以你要做好充分的思想准备。在后面的教学过程中，还真多亏了老师的提醒。
刚站上讲台上第一节课的时候，我感到自己的每一个细胞都绷得紧紧的，并且粉笔都感觉有点拿不住。随着新课导入环节很顺利，又因为是新老师的原故，所以学生都很兴奋，前半节课同学们都很积极，也听得明白，慢慢地就不紧张了，但后半节课，也就是讲到“HCl的形成过程中，其化合价发生变化的本质原因是什么”时，学生们就难以理解了（第一节课讲的是“氧化还原反应”）。特别是讲到“共用电子对”问题时，有学生就直接提出疑问：“为什么是这样？”“一方拿出一个电子共用，电子拿出来了，不就没了吗？为什么双方就能达到稳定结构了？”多亏上课前指导老师的提醒，让我有心理准备，要不然就自乱阵脚了。第二节课上的是“氧化剂和还原剂”的内容，由于学生已经没了第一节课的好奇，且内容比较枯燥，再加上刚好是同学们睡午觉上来的第一节课，所以教学效果甚微，并且学生举手寥寥无几。但前面那些只是造成收效甚微客观原因，而最本质的原因是自己缺乏教学经验，不懂得如何才能把枯燥的知识讲活，不懂得怎样才能唤醒沉睡状态的同学们，不懂得怎么样才能激起同学们的兴趣。这些都是作为一个实习老师需要深刻思考的问题。
4、后勤
课后，认真详细地批改学生的作业是必须的。通过作业，可以反应学生对知识点的掌握情况，从而可以针对性地在班上讲解一些普遍存在的问题，对个别掌握知识比较差的学生，可以课后特别辅导；另外，课后要多找指导老师交流，让老师多提自己存在的不足，从而改进自己的教学方法和确立教学内容；及时写实习日志，对自己教学的优缺点进行总结提升。
（二）班主任工作
1、在工作准备方面
首先熟悉实习班级的情况，认识班上的每个学生以及他们学习情况。记得刚开始到实习学校时，我和小萱就急着找班主张老师了解班级情况，向老师要学生名单以及座位表等。班主任很快就把名单和座位表复印给了我们，但对于班里的学生情况，班主任并没有直接告诉我们，而是让我们用自己的眼睛用心去观察去了解这个班级及学生，这样会了解得更深刻，对学生的认识也更全面。
2、在班级日常管理方面
我和小萱还通过班主任了解班级的日常管理，及作为实习班主任的要求。在班主任日常管理工作中，积极负责，认真到位，事事留心。每天早上6：50前，监督学生完成包干区的清洁工作，并在此时间前上到教室监督学生早读，9：00—9：20看学生做课间操，下午14：25前要上到教室监督学生午听，晚上18：50前要上到教室辅导学生并在19：10—19：25监督学生晚读，23：00后检查宿舍纪律情况。另外，还有作业的上交情况、自习课情况及星期一、三、五检查学生的穿校服情况等等。每样事物都负责到底，细致监督。当然，在监督他们的同时不忘结合他们的个性特点进行思想道德教育，以培养他们正确的学习目标，积极向上的乐观人生态度和正确的人生价值观。常常与他们交流感情，尽量帮助学生解决日常学习生活中的问题。
3、班级活动方面
良好班集体的建设必须依靠活动来实现，活动可以产生凝聚力，密切师生关系，使每个学生发挥主体的积极性，这时进行集体主义教育、健康的竞争心理教育是行之有效的'。因此，在学校举办的“世界名曲”歌唱比赛文化节活动中，我主动积极参与当中，无论选歌还是歌唱的训练，都与学生一起。并告诉他们不用把名次的好坏，放在第一位，只要我们尽力了、问心无愧即可。果然，在“合唱”比赛中，荣获了“一等奖”，每个同学都感受到了自己是班级的一部分，班级的荣誉需要每一个人的共同参与。
4、主题班会
在实习期间，我一共策划并参与主持了两次主题班会。第一次班会为了缓解学生紧张的学习压力，增加同学间的了解，增进同学间的友谊而开的，此班会主题是：开心团体你赢？我赢？共赢！以小组为单位，玩脑筋急转弯及猜谜语的游戏，并设立了一定的奖罚制度，同学们的思维特别活跃，而且各小组之间竞争非常激烈，同学们玩的兴奋到了极点，起到了预期的效果。但那场面有点难以控制，同学们有点不听指挥（如：游戏规则规定必须站起来才能回答问题，但很多同学座位上就直接喊出答案了）。第二次班会，吸取了第一次班会的不足，开展了以“创新引领潮流”为主题的班会，这次同学们听话多了，同学们也充分感受到了创新的重要性，感受到要在学习生活中勇于创新、在实践中不断超越自己！
（三）教育调查报告开展方面
要写好教育调查报告，就必须要有敏锐的洞察力，在实习过程中，发现一些与教育相关的一些问题，并开展调查，收集资料，整理成文章。在这次实习过程中，我发现有些学生的学习态度不太好，也不知道是这些学生对化学不感兴趣，还是教学方式不当的原因，或是别的什么原因，所以，我设计了有关于“化学的兴趣，学习化学的态度，教学方式，多媒体与传统教学”这些方面的调查问卷。并在我所带班级：广西钦州市第一中学高一11班，发放调查问卷。教育调查开展得很顺利，发放的问卷全数收回，并得到了具有一定代表性的数据。
三、对本次实习工作的建议
让实习生多上课。师范院校培养师范生主要关注学科知识的教育和一般教育学、心理学知识的教育，但是却没有明确告诉我们应该怎样把学到的学科知识和教育知识进行整合，只有多上课，才能把理论更好地联系实际。国外的教师本体知识研究提出，教师在学科知识和教育（课程）知识的基础上，会逐步形成一种特有的学科教学知识。而它的获得，需要一定的教学经验，多小时的课堂教学时间，而本次实习的上课机会相对较少，对于这个目标，我们实习生无疑有一段很长的路要走。
对于教学的过程，我们应该尽可能按照自己有效的逻辑思路来设计，进行的教学也是以这些线索来联系的。这次实习中，队员们基本上都是按照指导老师所给思路上的，连板书设计都规定得很死，组织课堂教学大多以完成教学目标为首要任务。换而言之，为了按照指导老师所给思路来完成教学任务，常常会忽视突发的提问和意外，而且也会常常因不是自己的思路而出现“短路”。当然，好的设计思路是值得借鉴的，但也是是完全照搬照抄，要根据具体情况而定。而对教学过程的有效控制，是值得我们实习生细致观察和揣摩的地方。
四、实习总结与体会
在教学工作方面，以前我是一个不敢在台上讲课的人，可是通过实习，我深深的喜欢上了上课，并且还努力去争取上课的机会。而且，我也掌握了一些教学技巧：要多表扬学生，切忌说消极的话语，对于教师来说，知识一句平常的表扬话语而已，但对于学生来说，那是老师给予的肯定，那是荣耀；走下讲台，一方面拉近与学生的距离，另一方面学生也会不由自主地增强自我控制力，他们觉得老师在看着他。有时候，走下讲台也不失是一个控制课堂纪律的好方法；要准备好几种临时应对突发状况的措施；另外，还要适当地提高自己的音量、提问特别吵闹的学生、上课以学生为主体上课时注意情感的把握等等。通过这一个月的实习，我觉得自己离合格的人民教师越来越近。
班主任工作方面，期间担任班主任工作，我有这样一个认识，班主任对学生的思想教育工作，实质上是一个与学生实行心理沟通的过程，只有真正了解了学生的内心世界，做到有的放矢，方法得当，才能达到教师对学生的成长提供帮助指导、学生对教师的工作给予配合支持的目的，从而收到好的教育效果。关于班主任的工作给我印象最深的就是后进生的改造方面了，先让他们明白现在自己还有哪些不足，再帮助这些后进的学生制定计划，最后通过每天完成一部分的计划来鼓励学生看到自己的进步。
当然在实习期间，我也有很多不足，比如上课的时候不是那么放得开，有时候在说话时容易形成口误；课堂上没有完完全全的将课堂还给学生，而是大部分采取讲授法；在如何调动学生的积极性方面还有所欠缺；表扬学生的语言和方式多样性都不够等。指导老师也说了，这是一个漫长的过程，在以后的教学生涯中也要注意这些问题，经验都是一次次的失败积累出来的，但是一定不能气馁。另外，班主任说，不要太过于纵容他们，要树立好威信，但是由于是第一次和学生接触我们都很兴奋，所以，开始都有点于心不忍，所以问题频出。班主任有句话说的很好：“我们可以和学生一起谈心、游戏，但是我们始终是老师，要让学生把我们当做老师而不是朋友。”以后我会把这句话深深的牢记在心。通过这次实习，带给我们许多珍贵的回忆，与学生建立了友情，在这个过程中我深切的感受到我的成长，也学到了很多，懂得了作为一个班主任该如何去管理一个班级，也尝到了当老师的酸甜苦辣，感受到学生的聪明可爱。
这次经历也是我们离开学校迈进社会前的不可或缺一步。这一个月的亲身体验，让我了解到了教师这个行业的伟大和神圣，“春蚕到死丝方尽，蜡炬成灰泪始干”，我们不仅要传给学生知识技能，还要用心地去帮助学生，引导他们走向成功的大门。看到他们都健康快乐的成长，这才是作为一名教师最大的意义所在。要想成为一位优秀的教师，不仅要学识渊博，其它各方面，如语言、表达方式、心理状态以及动作神态等等都是很重要的，站在教育的最前线，真正做到“传道、授业、解惑”，是一件任重道远的事情，我更加需要不断努力提高自身的综合素质和教学水平。这也是我今后努力的方向。

1、 Internship purpose
Metal processing technology is a fundamental production knowledge that is indispensable for people engaged in various material production. Through independent practical operation, one can come into contact with practical knowledge of production, grasp the basic knowledge and operational skills of fitters and machinists, learn how to use fitter tools and general lathes, understand the machining process of mechanical parts, combine the basic process knowledge, basic process methods and basic process practices related to mechanical manufacturing, train the comprehensive strength of engineering practice, and improve ones own comprehensive literacy and ideological level.
2、 Principles of Internship
Fitter - Fitter refers to the processing method of using fitter tools or equipment to process, manufacture, and repair raw materials, metal workpieces, mechanical equipment, etc. according to technical requirements. The main tools used are files, scrapers, electric drills, reamers, vises, small drilling machines, and electric grinders. Generally, manual labor is the main method, which has the characteristics of simple equipment, convenient operation, and wide applicability. However, the production efficiency is low, the labor intensity is high, and it is suitable for single piece and small batch production, assembly, and repair operations. The basic operating skills of a fitter include marking, chiseling, sawing, filing, drilling, enlarging, countersunking, reaming, threading, threading, straightening and bending, riveting, scraping, grinding, machine assembly and debugging, equipment repair, measurement, and simple heat treatment.
Turning machining refers to the use of turning tools or drills, reamers, taps, rolling cutters, and other tools on a lathe to machine the rotating surface of parts. The dimensional accuracy that can be achieved by turning the surface is IT11-6, and the surface roughness is R12.5-0.8um.
3、 Operation steps
（1） Processing of Hammer Head
1. Watch and familiarize yourself with the product design drawings (a small hammer), prepare the raw materials (a cylindrical body approximately 700mm high and 40mm in diameter) and pliers tools;
2. Drawing a rectangle: Based on the principle of one large and one small, draw a rectangle with a length of 23mm and a width of 19mm on the bottom surface of the cylinder according to the dimensions required by the design drawings;
3. Sawing initial model: Use a steel saw to saw a rectangular prism of the same height as the cylinder, with the rectangle drawn on the bottom of the cylinder as the base;
4. Rough grinding: After sawing the initial model, use a file to smooth the surface of the model for the next step of operation;
5. Drawing the Hammer Outline: Following the principle of one large and one small, draw the hammer outline on two sides of a rectangular prism measuring 700 * 22, and draw the corresponding line on one side measuring 22 * 18;
6. Sawing solid sample model: Use a steel saw to saw the hammer outline drawn on a rectangular prism into a hammer shape that matches the design drawing;
7. Precision grinding: After sawing the solid sample model, use a file to smooth the surface of the model and achieve the required design dimensions;
8. Drilling: Draw the position of the hammer handle hole and use a drilling machine to drill the hammer handle hole;
9. Thread tapping: gradually unscrew the thread using a threading tool;
10. Grind the edges and corners: Use a file to grind all the edges and corners of the hammer into a 45 degree slope.
（2） Processing of Hammer Handle
Processed using a regular lathe under the careful guidance of a teacher according to design requirements, and threaded using a threading tool.
（3） Assembly: Rotate the hammer handle into the handle hole on the hammer head, and the entire process is complete.
4、 Internship Experience
The entire machining process of the metalworking internship actually took two days, but these two days brought us many feelings and experiences. We endured hardships, but enjoyed joy; We have experienced setbacks, but we ultimately gained the joy of victory, so we are very grateful to our mentor.
Through the metalworking internship, we have gained a solid understanding of the basic knowledge and operational skills of fitters and lathe workers, as well as the processing techniques and operating methods of general lathes. We have also gained knowledge of mechanical manufacturing and parts processing processes, which have honed and improved our practical skills. This has enabled us to better integrate theory with practice and consolidate our knowledge.
During the internship, we carried forward the spirit of unity and mutual assistance. Male students cared about female students, and students with strong hands-on abilities cared about those with weak hands-on abilities. Everyone cared for and learned from each other, not only learning how to cooperate but also increasing friendship among classmates.
一、实习目的
金属加工工艺是从事各种物质生产的人们所不行缺少的基础生产学问。通过独立实践操作，可以接触生产实际学问，把握钳工和车工的基础学问和基本操作技能，学会用法钳工工具和一般车床，了解机械零件加工工艺，将有关机械制造的基本工艺学问、基本工艺方法和基本工艺实践结合起来，训练工程实践综合力量，提高自身综合素养和思想水平。
二、实习原理
钳工——钳工是指利用钳工工具或设备对原材料、金属工件、机械设备等按技术要求进行加工、制作、修理的加工方法，以锉刀，刮刀，手电钻，铰刀，台虎钳，小型钻床，电动砂轮机为主要工具。一般以手工为主，具有设备简洁、操作便利、适用面广等特点，但生产效率低，劳动强度大，适合于单件小批量制作或装配、修理作业。钳工基本操作技能有划线，錾削，锯削，锉削，钻孔，扩孔，锪孔，铰孔，攻螺纹，套螺纹，矫正和弯形，铆接，刮削，研磨，机器装配调试，设备修理，测量和简洁的热处理。
车工——车削加工是指在车床上利用车刀或钻头、铰刀、丝锥、滚花刀等加工零件的回转表面。车削加工表面可达到的尺寸精度为IT11—6，表面粗糙度为R12.5—0.8um。
三、操作步骤
（一）锤头的加工
1、观看并熟识产品设计图纸（一把小锤），预备原料（高约700mm、直径约为40mm的圆柱体）和钳工工具；
2、画矩形：依据大一小一的原则，根据设计图纸要求的'尺寸在圆柱体底面上画一个长23mm、宽19mm的矩形；
3、锯削初始模型：用钢锯以在圆柱体底面上画的矩形为底锯削一个与圆柱体等高的长方体；
4、粗略研磨：锯削好了初始模型后，用锉刀将模型表面打磨平整以便下一步的操作；
5、画锤子轮廓：依据大一小一的原则在长方体700*22的两个面上画出锤子轮廓，并在22*18的一个面上画出相应的线；
6、锯削实样模型：用钢锯以长方体上所画锤子轮廓线锯削出跟设计图样一样的锤子形状；
7、精确研磨：锯削好了实样模型后，用锉刀将模型表面打磨平整，并达到设计要求尺寸；
8、钻孔：画出锤子柄孔的位置，利用钻孔机钻出锤子柄孔；
9、攻螺纹：利用旋纹工具渐渐地旋出螺纹；
10、研磨棱角：用锉刀将锤头全部的棱角磨成45度的斜面。
（二）锤柄的加工
利用一般车床在老师的细心指导下根据设计要求加工而成，并利用旋纹工具旋出螺纹。
（三）组装：将锤柄旋进锤头上的柄孔，至此，整个过程结束。
四、实习心得
金工实习的整个加工过程实际用了两天，但是这两天带给我们许多感受和体会，我们承受了辛酸，却享受了欢乐；有过挫败，但是我们最终还是收获了胜利的喜悦，所以我们很感谢指导老师。
从金工实习中我们把握了钳工和车工的基础学问和基本操作技能，以及一般车床的加工工艺和操作方法，了解了机械制造和零件加工工艺过程，锻炼和提高了我们的实践动手力量，使我们更好的将理论与实际相结合起来，巩固了所学的学问。
实习过程中我们发扬了团结互助的精神，男同学关心女同学、动手力量强的同学关心动手力量弱的同学，大家相互关心相互学习，既学会了如何合作又增加了同学间的友情。
