。但是在我国，这还是一个新兴的领域，很多制度和操作还不健全。今天先来简单介绍一下版权贸易的常用语。
必须要注意的是如下几个词组：
版权法copyright law ——各国因制度和出版物管理方式不同而差异较大。
版权贸易copyright business ——包括著作权、商标权等项目的贸易。
版权所有copyright reserved; Copyrighted ——即某一作品的版权拥有者，可以是个人，也可以是团体。版权所有者受到版权法的保护，其贸易等权利不容侵犯。
版税率royalty rate——指在版权贸易过程中的交易税率。
以下用英语具体解释一下最基本的概念——版权法：
Copyright law——This Law is enacted, in accordance with the Constitution for the purposes of protecting the copyright of authors in their literary, artistic and scientific works and rights related to copyright, of encouraging the creation and dissemination of works which would contribute to the construction of socialist spiritual and material civilization, and of promoting the development and flourishing of socialist culture and sciences.
