俗话说,民以食为天,良好的饮食习惯对我们的健康非常重要。
早餐我们可以选择一些面包，牛奶，或鸡蛋、

午餐我们吃米饭和面食都可以，关键要吃点肉和蔬菜。
晚餐要选择清淡易消化的食物,不要吃得过饱。
