民营企业人力资源管理研究
【摘要】人力资源是现代企业中最重要的资源，如何有效的开发和科学合理地管理人力资源是企业走向成功的关键。本文在阐明人力资源管理的含义和只能的基础上，通过对民营企业人力资源管理中的现状分析，并着重就激励因素来说明民营企业如何改善其用人、留人、育人机制，最后提出民营企业个性化管理的措施。【关键词】民营企业 人力资源管理 激励 个性化管理1
【Title】HRM research of selfish-enterprise
【Abstract】Human Resource is the most important asset in modern company. How to deploit and control employee and scientificly is the key point for company towarding success. In this article, on the basis of expressing the context and confunctions of HRM, and through the analysis of the human resource management of selfish-enterprise which can draw a conclusion that the Characteristic Management is suitable. Another hand, the writer will pay more attention on motivating employee and shoe how to improve the system of ueing、training and retaining good employees.
