全国教师教育网络联盟计划即将实施
本报北京9月4日讯(记者时晓玲)记者今天从教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）部获悉，由教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）部直接推动和组织实施的全国教师教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）网络联盟计划，将于今年教师节前夕正式启动。
据介绍，这是教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）部新教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）振兴行动计划先行启动实施的一个重要项目。有关方面负责人称，实施教师网联计划是当前我国教师教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）改革发展的一个重大步骤，对于教师队伍建设、教师教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）和教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）改革发展的全局具有重要意义。
按照预定目标，教师网联将构建以高水平大学为先导，师范院校和其他举办教师教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）的高等学校为办学主体，区域教师学习与资源中心为服务支撑，社会力量积极参与，联合协作，优势互补，职前职后教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）一体化，教师教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）系统、卫星电视网与计算机互联网相互融通、系统集成，学校教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）与现代远程教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）等多种教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）形式相结合，学历教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）和非学历教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）相沟通，共建共享优质教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）资源，覆盖全国城乡的教师教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）网络体系。从而实现教师教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）的创新、集成和跨越式发展，为中小学教师素质的不断提高和终身学习提供服务与支持。
有关方面负责人强调，教师网联是在政府教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）行政部门的支持和推动下，由举办教师教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）的高等学校、为教师教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）提供支持与服务的相关机构法人组成的教师教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）协作组织。启动并实施教师网联计划，是创新教师教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）和建立教师终身学习体系的一项宏伟事业。为了加强对教师网联工作的指导，教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）部成立了由教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）部领导任组长，有关司局负责同志参加的全国教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）网络联盟工作领导协调小组。教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）部要求各省(区、市)教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）行政部门要将教师网联计划的实施作为全面提升教师教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）质量，大幅度提高教师队伍素质的一项重要任务和措施抓紧、抓好。要将教师网联计划纳入中小学教师继续教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪风网络xfhttp教育网）的总体规划，加强本省(区、市)教师培训管
