清军入台前后的法律制度

文章内容摘要：本文就清军入台之后在刑事法律、民事法律、行政法律及贸易法律四方面予以归纳总结，就台湾回归清朝中央政府统治后的法律变迁予以阐述，并对其原因进行分析。通过这些说明台湾的法律制度在清朝的大概情况及其反映出来的清政府的特别法律之对待，以及不当之法等所导致之部分历史性遗憾。最终并就祖国统一台湾之问题及法律制度的统一的关系予以简单阐述。

Abstract: This article is about the criminal law，civil law，administrational law，and commercial law after center government army trooped into Taiwan，including the changes of law in Taiwan by center government in Qing Dynasty，and also analyses the reasons why the center government changes the attitude toward Taiwan and some provinces near Taiwan. General situation is discussed and special laws are made according to the special situation of Taiwan. However there were some laws were not suitable, which leaded to some historical pities. In the end, the relation between unity center government and the law system is discussed.
