英语分层次听说教学探微
高一新生的英语水平参差不齐，可按听说水平将学生分成A（优）、B（良）和C（弱）三个组别。一开始教师就要把注意力放在C组学生身上，放慢教学速度，降低教学要求，但决不减少对他们的关怀，防止C组学生群出现“一口噎住，一棒打懵，破罐破摔”的恶性循环。
1．每单元的Dialogue听说训练中要求C组的学生模仿录音或在教师的引导下进行机械训练（朗读或扮角色对话），并能记住录音对话中的典型句型，对他们的提问也只停留在一些常识性问答的范畴。B组的学生在完成C组学习任务的基础上，通过对个别词语的替换来巩固所学的对话内容。这既对C组学生起到示范、鼓励的作用，又对A组的学生起很大的督促作用，因为教师的要求是：A组学生要各自根据对对话中心话题的理解，用自己所学的相关知识，由一个人或几个人自编一个或几个相关题材的对话。教师对他们的提问也是多让他们做一些判断推理的问答。如：SB2A U1中心话题是：Asking the way（问路），教师是这样处理的：
C组学生要掌握的常用句型：
1）Excuse me，can you tell me the way to…？

3）Excuse me，where's the nearest men's room，please？
