论秘书人员协调关系的艺术 - 毕业论文
摘 要
协调关系是秘书人员工作中的重要职能之1，它贯穿于秘书的各级管理工作之中。秘书人员讲究协调关系的艺术是对秘书工作基本方法的创造性运用，是1种高超的处事技巧。当前国内对本课题的研究主要都只是从1般角度来谈，很少把协调关系这个问题上升到艺术的高度去研究，也很少对协调关系个性化和艺术化的问题进行研究，但是想要做好秘书工作，除了掌握秘书工作的1般方法之外，还应努力在工作实践中不断积累和升华经验，努力使其真正达到艺术的境界。秘书人员协调关系的工作，在整个组织关系中进行，受制于机关、单位目标，领导意图，机关、单位结构关系，机关、单位环境因素。只有在1定的职权基础上，摆正自己的位置，明确自己的身份，讲究1定的协调艺术，有1个准确的角色知觉，秘书人员才能有效地做好机关、单位协调关系的工作。本文主要谈了秘书人员协调关系工作的现状，探讨了秘书人员协调关系的重要性和协调关系在秘书工作中的难点问题，尤其是秘书人员如何艺术的从事协调关系工作提出了自己的见解。

Current domestic mainly all only is discussed to this topic research from the general angle that, is short very much the coordination relates this question to rise to art highly studies, also is short to the coordinated relations individuality very much and art question conducts the research, but wants to complete the secretary to work, besides grasps the general method which the secretary works, but also should diligently unceasingly accumulate and the sublimation experience in the working practice, diligently enables it truly to achieve artistic the boundary. The secretary personnel coordinates the work which relates, relates in the entire organization carries on, is restrained to the institution, the unit goal, the leadership intention, the institution, the unit structure relations, the institution, the unit environmental factor.
